~ Bedroom 2 Queen: Comfortable bedding, in room sink area separate from the bathroom.

~ Twins Room: Two twin beds, suited for guests of any age. Shares jack-n-jill bath with the queen bedroom.

~ Bathroom 1- Primary: Adjoining primary bedroom

~ Bathroom 2: Jack-n-Jill style

~ Outdoor bath: Full outdoor bath poolside with hot water - you'll love it!

Best of all is our beach location - one house back from the 6th street beach access entrance - about 50 yards. The 6th street beach access offers a GREAT stretch of beach - never crowded, always plenty of sand at low and high tides, and plenty of room to walk in both directions.

Parking is located in the front of the home. Enough space for 3-cars.

6th Street is a quiet street with great neighbors and the best beach on East Beach.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

As with any historic home, guests may notice differences from a newly built property. Rooms may be smaller, floors and walls may show the character of age, and the layout may reflect a different era of coastal living. Rather than the perfection of a new home, these cottages offer an authentic St. Simons experience filled with warmth, personality, and timeless appeal. If you appreciate history, character, and coastal nostalgia, we invite you to enjoy this special home.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
