Wonderful time was had by all.

Lots of room and amenities were great. Needs a bigger refrigerator for so many people. Lots of appliances and dishes and silverware. Lovely view and trails. We could park 5 cars in the driveway. Lots of pillows etc for use. Great tv options. All in all a fantastic place.

Beautiful Home With Amazing Views!!!

I booked this home for a quiet retreat. I wanted a private, safe place with an ocean view. It did not disappoint. The home is inviting, warm and clean. It was a pleasure cooking in the kitchen, looking out to see the ocean. I enjoyed sitting in the living room reading and relaxing. The sunsets were spectacular viewed from the deck, kitchen and other areas. There are hiking trails right next to the house which was so nice to have. The host was helpful and responded quickly to questions, which I appreciated. Great place to stay. Also, if you have a large family, this place could easily accommodate that as well.

Room with a (spectacular) view

Our family does a yearly vacation, and with 5 families (12 of us in total) this house more than accommodated all of us. We absolutely love the area and you can’t beat the view of the ocean right out the living room/kitchen windows. We had a wonderful stay, with the exception of a few hiccups along the way, which were dealt with swiftly from Urelax vacation rental. We were hoping, when we booked, that this house would be a house that we can come back to yearly. And after our one week stay there we all fell in love with it and look forward to returning next year. Pros- -Unbeatable views. Sunsets over the ocean, wild life right out the front and back doors, and if you’re lucky like we were you’ll see whales right out the living room windows. -Spacious and roomy. -Location and proximity to ocean and other surrounding towns. -walking paths literally right out the front door! -We found a house we can all comfortably fit in and we all want to return to! Cons- -Cleanliness of house. Notified Urelax and they had housekeepers come out that day to address dirty floors and inadequate linens in the house. Thank you! -Unusable major appliances. Freezer and dishwasher both decided to stop working while we were there. We notified Urelax and unfortunately they were unable to get a repair man out to address the issues before we left. I’m hoping they have since been addressed and fixed. -The acoustics in the house are pretty bad if you are sleeping downstairs. You can hear every footstep upstairs. I would highly suggest bringing earplugs!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you would need . It was the perfect location and the scenery was out of this world. My party had 10 in total and we had a comfortable amount of room and space for everyone. The driveway was a little tricky with our cars but we loved the property.

What a view!

The family and I had and amazing vacation and this property and their management team made it all possible. The house was everything we expected I have stayed in the Fiscalini area before but never in a property this gorgeous. The trail head was at our front door the sunset views are stunning and if you get up early enough the moon light glimmers on the ocean. It’s a beautiful tranquil view. The property was clean and we found everything we needed as far as amenities like grill, board games, flash lights for a night walk ect. The kitchen had all the utincils and appliances we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We will definitly be booking this home again!!

Beautiful view and location

We loved the view (when it wasn’t cloudy) and house is located next to a walking path up to Moonstone Beach/downtown Cambria. Decor and bedrooms are quite outdated but you get what you see in the pictures. Our friends sleeping on level below didn’t love the beds, the master was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could think of and lots of games are there too. All in all great place.

Great views, perfect location, nice kitchen

I found the house to be clean and comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and a few warm coats, raincoats and umbrellas if you need them. The decor is warm and inviting. A prior review mentioned that there are too many personal items in the house. I did not find this to be true. I enjoyed coming across well placed pieces of art on the walls and the one hallway with a tasteful display of family photos. There are no tchotchke's cluttering up the space. People who enjoy that cold, sterile all white look might want to look elsewhere, I enjoy the slate and neutral colors. Nature lovers will enjoy the trail that it right outside the door and the deer who visit a few times a day. This part of the trail system is not used very much so you will not be bothered by many trail users. Most people enter the trail system at the parking area several blocks down and few venture up the trail. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of matching dishware, wine/champagne glasses etc. If you like to bake you might want to bring some dry measuring cups. I could have used an oven safe skillet but now I'm just getting picky. There were plenty of knives. Most are not very sharp. It is impossible to keep knives sharp in a rental. I have had worse. There are two ovens. The older one is about 25-30degrees off but works fine. It is a very pleasant kitchen to cook in with views everywhere. This is a terrible house you should not rent it. Keep it for my use.

Great property, poor management

What a great location, and a lovely home. Great views of the ocean and wonderful hiking trails that start right on the property. We had a problem with the road being repaved and although all the neighbors seemed to know about it because the homes all seemed to be empty on our street, we were not informed. We had to park on the next street and lug our ice chest and luggage to the house. That night the closed sign was taken down and we could park in the driveway. However the next morning a worker came knocking on our door to tell us that they were going to slurry the road and we could not walk on it. Thank goodness we were getting a late start on our walk, or we would have had our cars stuck in the driveway all day. They said if we walked on it we would ruin the floors in the house, so we wanted to respect the home. We needed to park the car on another street, and to get to the property walk through the backyard of another nearby home .The neighbor on the next street was very understanding and we appreciated it and we bought him some cookies to thank him. When talking to the property manager they said we needed to talk to the road workers or the person that was having the work done, they offered no help, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or I'm sorry you are needing to deal with this. The cleaners had obviously known this was happening because they left shortly before we came, the dryer was still running when we arrived. A little notice would have been nice.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion with 3 generations attending. We had 12 people staying. Dining Room table was big enough for all. House is very well supplied. Fantastic view. Close to trail at Fiscalini which was used daily by several members. Driving close to 3 nice beaches - Moonstone, Hearst & Cayucos. We had a wonderful time and strongly recommend this property

Amazing location …but…

This property has an amazing location on the edge of Fiscalini Preserve and facing the ocean. The trails start from your backyard, how great is that? On the downside, the house is cluttered with so many personal items and lots of old and unnecessary accessories. It needs a major cleanup!
