Escape to Sandy Branch, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom townhouse tucked inside Bayside — one of Delaware's premier resort-style communities, just minutes from the sand and surf of Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and Bethany Beach.
The Resort:
Bayside isn't just a place to stay, it's a vacation in itself. As our guest, you'll have access to multiple resort-style pools, a Health & Aquatic fitness center, playground, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce courts, scenic nature and biking trails, fishing pier, kayaks, standup paddleboards, crabbing, and Bay access. Golf lovers can tee off at Delaware's first Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and in season, a complimentary shuttle whisks you straight to the beach. When you're ready to relax, choose from Bayside's own waterfront restaurants and bars, or catch a live show at the nearby Freeman Arts Pavilion.

Inside, Sandy Branch offers spacious, light-filled living areas designed to feel like home. The main level features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, island, and peninsula breakfast bar, flowing into a sunroom and paver patio ideal for al fresco dining by the fire pit. The main-level owner's suite includes an ensuite bath with dual vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs, a versatile loft and two additional bedrooms (one with a private balcony) offer plenty of space for family and friends.
Amenities:
We've thought of the details so you don't have to: a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, free WiFi with streaming-ready TVs, two coffee makers, toaster oven, and even adult and kid bikes and beach gear for guest use. For peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned after every stay and equipped with a REME Halo whole-home air purification system.
Whether you're planning a summer beach getaway or a quiet off-season escape near the Delaware and Maryland beaches, Sandy Branch puts resort living and coastal fun right at your doorstep.

Our family had a wonderful time at Bayside! The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We have stayed at several homes in Bayside and this one was top notch! Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway!
Home was simply perfect and we had the best time visiting Bayside in the offseason. The homeowners were extremely responsive and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Great family vacation home
Clean home, excellent location, and exceptional host. Bayside community offers numerous activities. The beach is a short drive away. Dana and Mike responded to any questions with respect and timeliness.

Annual family trip to bayside
This place was as close to perfect as you can get. Very clean, toys for the kids, extra beach chairs, bikes. The owners, Dana and Mike were very professional and communicated well. Will definitely stay here again.

Summer 2022 Family Vacation
We've stayed at Bayside a number of times over the past 5 years and this was our best experience - the house fit out needs perfectly. We had ample room to spread out, it was clean and comfortable, and the host was always quick to respond to any correspondence. Would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed home in wonderful community
Very nice home with all of the necessities from beach chairs, toys, kids cups/bowls/utensils and games. Really nice outdoor area with electric fireplace. Would definitely rent again.

Best in Bayside
We have been staying in Bayside for 10 years and this is the best house we’ve stayed in. Mike and Dana were so easy to work with and answered any questions quickly. Their house is beautiful! It was very clean and stocked with anything you needed! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great stay!
This was our first time visiting Bayside and we had a wonderful time. The house had everything that we needed, was clean, and just as described. The community and amenities were an added bonus. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and shared very helpful information about the house and surrounding area. We hope to be back again soon!

Beauty in Bayside
This was our 7th year in Bayside and we've stayed a number of different places. This was the first time we felt like we'd want to re-book in the future. The home is lovely, clean, well furnished, and on a nice, quiet street. The owners are a pleasure to work with, too!

Five stars from our family!
We have rented other homes in the past and this townhouse is the best property so far. We loved our stay. It was very clean and close to everything Bayside has to offer. The owners were a text message away if we needed anything. We loved the coastal feel in every room. We hope to return to this townhouse again someday.

Fantastic Stay!!
This was a perfect home for 4 adults and 2 children. Home was very clean and well-maintained. Check-in/out process was seamless and communication with owners was fantastic. We loved the amenities for children - pool and water spouts - and the beach was within 15 minutes. We also enjoyed the golf course and point to observe wildlife. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and fully intend to book this property in the future.

Bayside fun!!
Beautiful home tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. Very clean and beds were very comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Amenities such as pools, tennis, pickle ball, kayaks etc were plentiful but there is an additional fee. Community was lovely and our location in relation to Coastal Hwy was great!! We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful home!
Dana and Mike’s home was wonderful! Very clean and spacious! We went with our 3 year old and she loved all the toys in the garage and it was so nice to have the beach toys as well (we forgot ours back home!). Everything you could need was provided. Dana was very kind and responsive to my texts! Will love to stay again next year!

Perfect for 3 generations
Greeted by the scent of magnolias, the home has lovely coastal decor and is in pristine condition. Best stocked of any home I have stayed in, from the kitchen to the sports equipment. Homeowners were easy to work with and their welcome notebook was often consulted! The five of us agreed that we must come back and enjoy the home, the pools, kayaking, the fire pit, the convenience of the grocery store, and our traditional 1,000 piece vacation puzzle on the dining table.

Great week at Bayside!
To say we were happy with our rental is an understatement. The owners have a great property in the bayside golf community with lots to do on site as well as near by OCMD/ Fenwick etc. We have stayed at more than an half dozen bayside properties over the years an d this one takes the cake. Owners were very swift with communication which we were glad for. We had a great week with my parents, and our two kids under 10. The rooms were very spacious and clean! The back porch with propane fire pit and seating was a plus! Grill looked brand new! Very very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to future renters! Thanks Dana and Mike!

Enjoyable stay in Saw Grass Bend
My wife and I had a great week at Bayside. This property was extremely clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. It was a short drive to Sun Ridge pool. We had some very minor issues, but Mike was quick to respond with solutions. In fact communication with Mike was quick and easy. This house is beautifully decorated. Our only concern was living room furniture was different than the photo on VRBO. Probably wouldn’t be a problem for younger folks, but was a challenge for us seniors. All in all though this was a great place.

Wonderful home in great location!
My husband and I just returned from a week at this fantastic townhome in Bayside. The house is very clean and spacious with beautiful decor. It was also one of the best stocked rentals we've ever seen. The hosts truly thought of everything. Mike and Dayna were great hosts who were very communicative and happy to answer any questions. It was clearly important to them that we enjoyed our stay. The location of the house within the Bayside community was perfect for us. It was an easy bike ride to all of the amenities. We often rode the bikes they provided down to the Point to enjoy the view of the bay. Beach access was an easy drive to Fenwick Island State Park. We highly recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic rental experience!
We have visited at Bayside for several years and this was by far our favorite stay. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, but the accommodations were what really stood out. Mike and Dana share their lovely home with guests and are so easy to communicate with. Bayside offers many amenities and we were able to make use of them all - from swimming, to kayaking, paddleboarding and crabbing at the Point, to exercising at the gym, dining at Signatures and 38 Degrees and even enjoying a show at the Freeman Stage. The townhouse is stocked with many things to help make your stay easier and more enjoyable. We rode the bikes that were provided, used the beach chairs and umbrella to go to the beach, and the home had everything that you would need to feel at home. Couldn't ask for anything else and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike and Dana!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home with all of the amenities to make for a wonderful beach getaway! Every detail was thoughtfully done, from a cozy indoor reading spot to outdoor sitting to enjoy coffee. The home is beautiful very neat ,clean and organized. The host was fabulous they checked in on us , left a gift basket for my family to enjoy and made us feel welcomed. I had mentioned the trip was for my grandson who was graduating middle school and Dana and Mike sent him well wishes and congratulations. There were games to keep us busy and they told us we could use the bikes from their garage. The patio is amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves!!

Our friends first introduced us to Bayside, and after years of coming back to rent here again and again, we finally realized this wasn't just a vacation spot, it needed to be a part of our lives more permanently. We fell in love with the resort feel of the community, from lounging by the pools to riding bikes along the trails and casting a line off the fishing pier. The neighbors here are some of the friendliest we've met, always up for a chat or a wave as you pass by. Catching a summer concert at the Freeman Arts Pavilion truly sets Bayside apart and having the beach towns just a short drive away means we get the best of both worlds: peaceful resort living with easy access to the sand and surf whenever we want it. Bayside quickly became more than a getaway, it became a place we wanted to share with guests like you.

From the moment you walk in, we wanted Sandy Branch to feel like an extension of your own home rather than just another rental. We love to cook, so the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a real meal instead of settling for takeout. Grab your morning coffee and post up on the front porch, where you can watch the kids ride bikes or practice their pickleball swing on our quiet dead-end street, safe from through traffic. When the day winds down, we love nothing more than gathering around the firepit out back with a glass of wine, watching the sun set on another beautiful Bayside evening. It's these small, everyday moments that make Sandy Branch feel less like a rental and more like a home away from home.
