Velkommen til Villa Belle Bethany. Komplet i oktober 2014, dette som nye, lyse og rummelige (2.900 kvadratmeter) enhed 4 soveværelser, 3. 5 badeværelser luksuriøs villa i Bay Forest samfund har en stor åben grundplan, 10 fod lofter, buet indgang, granit bordplader , skinnende trægulve, rustfrit stål apparater og 6 Samsung HD Smart TV-apparater, bare for at nævne nogle få.

Enhedens placering giver større privatliv, naturligt sollys og rigelig plads til børnene at løbe rundt udenfor.

Den første plantegning indeholder et gourmetkøkken, spisestue med behageligt ophold til store familiegrupper, et rummeligt stort værelse, 55 '' Smart TV og Blu-ray DVD-afspiller. Vaskerummet ud for køkkenet har fuld størrelse Whirlpool vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Den murede gårdhave fra det store rum giver dig mulighed for at nyde den store udendørs, mens du nipper til vin, deler et måltid eller spiller kort eller spil.

Alle splinternye møbler og luksuriøst strøelse er udstyret overalt.

Kongens soveværelse på første sal har en ekstra privat opholdsstue med en sovesofa i queensize-seng til afslapning eller læsning, 40''S Samsung Smart TV, et mesterbad (med dobbelt forfængelighed, badekar og bruser) og en gå- i skab. Der er endnu et 1/2 bad ud af gangen på stueetagen.

Anden sal har to dronning soveværelser og et andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge og en hems med en queensize sovesofa. Hvert soveværelse er udstyret med et 32 '' Samsung Smart TV. Loftområdet inkluderer også et 50 '' Samsung HD Smart TV, en Blu-ray DVD-afspiller og et udbud af spil, bøger og videoer til aftener eller regnfulde dage.

Bay Forest resort tilbyder smukke vandre / jogging / cykelstier gennem skovklædte områder med udsigt over de mange damme og springvand. Der er to klubhuskompleksområder til rekreative formål. Klubhusene har skødepool, doven flod, vandrutschebaner, tennisbaner, basketball, boccia boldbane, legeplads og et moderne fitnesscenter. The property was in a beautiful community with lots of nice amenities. The home was well appointed, spacious, and located near the pool, gym, and shuttle stop. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It worked out very well for our group of 7. It was close to the beach, Bethany Beach town center and many restaurants. A word of caution that the beach traffic is heavy and Bethany beach fills up quickly during peak season. We would stay again.

Great location in a great community

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Bay. This townhome was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was convenient location to the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths, access to the bay and the lazy river pool. It was a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Helen was a great host who shared a lot of information about the community and the townhome.

2023 vacation

The house was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and tidy, and exactly as they described it. Helen and Blake are great hosts, and their home is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed using both of the pools in the development, in fact, that was the highlight of our trip.

Excellent Visit

Family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed for a week. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Bay Forest is a lovely community with terrific amenities. We used the fitness center, the pools, and walking paths, and the outdoor grill. We had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach items and a bike available in the garage. Grocery and pharmacy within a couple of miles. The owners clearly made an effort to feel that we were in someone’s home. We appreciated the TV streaming service in the living room. The owners were readily available when when questions came up. A very good experience.

Bethany Beach Vacay

This property was everything we expected from the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot! The property was clean and well maintained. The owners maintained timely communication and addressed all issues. The neighborhood was amazing and has something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at bay Forrest!!! The amenities at the property were incredible. From the shuttle to the beach to the 2 pools. We had an amazing week and most definitely will be back!

Excellent vacation property!

Excellent vacation home in Bayforest. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and exactly as described. The wifi is strong should you have to work and there is ample space to spread out. The amenities at Bayforest cannot be beat, with the home in walking distance to the pool and gym facilities, and child friendly activities. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed at other properties in the area. Villa Bethany is the best!

Great vacation

My family spent the last full week of August 2021 at this property in Bay Forest Resort. What a great vacation. The condo easily accommodated four adults and two children under the age of 12. So much space! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to be together as a family but also to spend quiet time alone. The resort facilities are excellent with two pools (one especially good for kids with water slides and a lazy river), tennis courts, a gym, etc. Bay Forest Resort is a beautiful and well maintained community with quiet streets and slow moving cars. Even the full-time neighbors are nice. The grandchildren got a kick out of watching neighbors in their golf carts driving their dogs around the property. Helen is a very responsive and responsible property manager/owner. The condo was clean and well stocked. The second morning there we discovered that the blender was not working and informed Helen immediately. She, in turn, got back to us in hours and said that if we needed a blender we could purchase one, send her proof of purchase, and she would reimburse us. And that's what happened. We had the purchase price back in our account the next day. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. In addition we all loved the garage full of stuff for the beach and recreation and the games for that one rainy afternoon we had. The condo is less than a 20 minute drive north up Rt. 1 to the wonderful Delaware Seashore State Park. Go early, between 9-10 am, and secure your place of choice on a beach (the one right before the Indian River/Rehobeth Bay Bridge and half way to Dewey Beach) with plentiful lifeguards and full amenities. Virtually every morning was spent on the sand and in the ocean for the six full days we were there. If you qualify for senior citizenship you can purchase a Sr. Annual Pass for $35 and save yourself a few dollars (daily entrance is $10 for cars from out of state). This was a top notch vacation.

House and amenities were fabulous

The house was large and accommodating, easily sleeps 8 people. The grocery store, beach, and Dewy were close and met our every need. The amenities were excellent! Bike and walking paths were easy to navigate and the pools were excellent.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. It was close to the swimming pools which my daughter's family enjoyed, especially the lazy river. My wife and I was able to workout at the workout center and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. The grocery stores were very close. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have young kids in your group. The beach was also very close.

First trip to Bethany Beach

The property was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for more people but I think the HOA limits this. We couldn't have been more pleased with the space and community. The lazy river was perfect!

Would easily stay again!

Helen (owner) was very pleasant to deal with - she answered all our questions thoroughly & promptly. In fact, the day we arrived we had to call her with a question and she was immediately accessible. Home was spacious & ample for our 7 person group. Bedrooms were nice size and beds fairly comfortable. All rooms had instructions for how to use the TVs and lights /fans - that was useful! Kitchen was wonderfully stocked - everything we needed to cook & prepare daily meals. Although we brought our own, there were nice additions like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach chairs, bikes. It was nice to have even if we didn’t utilize all of it. The community amenities were great. The lazy river pool was super fun for the kids & was never too crowded during our stay. Our kids also used the basketball & tennis courts. Very pleased with the amenities & overall community feel. It was quiet & family - oriented which is what we wanted. We definitely had everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation and felt safe in the community. Although this property is not close to the beach, we found driving & parking near the boardwalk manageable pretty much any time of day. It was also very convenient to have a Giant grocery close by. The only minor issue I would mention is the WIFI - wasn’t very strong - but that seemed to be an issue everywhere we went in the vicinity. In terms of linens, it could be nice if they were provided because it was a bit cumbersome to bring all that stuff, but I will admit I often prefer my own pillowcases and sheets, but towels would have been good. We had to bring bath & pool towels. Overall great stay & working with Helen was a breeze! Relaxing vacation in well appointed home.

Very good experience with house and complex

House was as advertised, everything in good shape. Back yard opens onto large shared area, not so private but generally very peaceful and nice for eating dinner in the evening. Two different pools to choose from, each with lots of bells and whistles for kids, neither was too busy during the week. Note: you'll need to be prepared to bring some necessities, like toilet paper and paper towels, and we ended up needing to refill the propane tank for grill.

Lovely Accommodations

The 3 high points of this rental: 1. The home is beautiful, new, and well furnished. The photos are accurate. 2. The water park/swimming pool was fun and enjoyed by all - especially the children. The lazy river supplies pool noodles - inflatables are not allowed except for swim aids on little ones. 3. There are two grocery stores (Giant and Weis) just 3 miles from the home. The 3 low points of this rental: 1. The house is located 5 miles inland in Ocean View, rural DE. This is not a true beach rental. We did not use the shuttle, we did not want to spend time waiting. We drove to the beach. 2. The cell phone reception is a dead zone. We had ATT, Verizon, and Tmobile subscribers and all 3 had no service or one bar intermittently in the entire Bay Forest development. 3. The internet band width in the house was slow, interrupted, and poor. Basically, we lived with poor connectivity for the week.

We have vacationed in many different places and countries. If circumstances permit, we'd always choose to rent a private home instead of staying in a hotel. After spending some time in Bethany beach, we fell in love with its central location, the unique charm and its family friendliness. We hope to share our retreat with other families who will care for it as they would their own, and hope you will have all the fond memories for years to come.

The Bay Forest community offers resort living at its best! The amenities are world class. The people are friendly. The location is convenient yet less crowded. During summer season, the community offers shuttle bus service to/from the Bethany beach, so that you will not have to worry about fighting for a parking spot at the beach during busy days/times. Charming, relaxing and family oriented, Bethany and Bay Forest offer you the best vacation experience.

We love the high quality construction of the homes in Bay Forest, the family feel and the quietness of this neighborhood. In addition, this end unit villa offers a great open floor plan (only available in certain newer models), natural sunlight, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for family gathering, relaxation and enjoyment. The special features such as the arched entryways, hardwood floors and nearby community fire pit also make you feel living right at home while vacationing in a resort!
