Gorgeous home with Heated pool and updated amenities - fun for the whole family. Location, Location, Location! Bike ride to Siesta Key (home to the best beach in the US), walk to Siesta Mall, Aldi and Conner's Steakhouse. Quick drive to Payne park, downtown Sarasota and the art district - also a short drive to Lido Key (and Lido Beaches) and St. Armand's Circle. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a street with no through traffic - great walking path.

This home is newly updated and in great shape! 3 beds and two bath home with a great screened in porch and an awesome sitting area and fire pit area outside along with the Heated pool with pool toys! Also home comes with free one week membership access to esporta fitness, which give you free access to their lap pool, basketball courts, weights, cardio machines and classes. Home comes equipped bikes, kayak, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, a fooseball table, pool toys and more - all for your enjoyment. For those of you with little ones, we also have games for kids, toys, bikes, a scooter, a pack and play as well as a 2-seated stroller. For the tv enthusiasts, we have 3 smart tvs - all equipped with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Sling (all of these should already be signed in on the tv's - especially the main tv) and more. For anyone in need of a computer with high speed internet - we provide an office area with a computer and a printer for your work at home or online gaming needs. We trust you will have a great time at our home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have and are always available and responsive to our guests. Enjoy the fire pit and the hangout area near the pool, light up the grill or relax on the swing, hang out on the pool loungers or enjoy the screened in porch - no matter what you're into, there is plenty to enjoy here. Wonderful house and location. The pool is beautiful and so close to several beautiful beaches. We all had a great time. Beds were perfect, the front screened in porch was a nice place to relax.

Perfect for our rest and relaxation trip

My friend and I booked this lovely house for the week to escape the cold crappy weather at home this past week. We wanted nothing but a comfortable clean house with a pool and a coffee pot and close to the beach for us to take in the sun all week. We had everything we needed and more! Quiet quiet neighborhood, the pool was the perfect temperature, the house provided everything we needed and much more. There was ample room if we had had a latger group. I will definitely save this property as one to book again in the future!

Not as pictures portray

We were very disappointed. Not sure if owner has been to the property in awhile. The landscaping in back of house, what you see as you open the back door is horrible. Long grass and weeds, random bricks and pavers laying around. Pool area landscaping I don't think has been touched in over a year. The one pot is cracked and just sitting there with dirt spilling out of it. Another pot is tilted on side with maybe an inch of so called dirt in it and 8 foot or more long plant growing out of it. Pavers are cracked. The master bedroom has cobwebs all over the ceiling.The bathtub/shower leaks when ever it is used, had to always have towel there when being used. Can tell they have worked on it because there is a square of sheet rock that was taped back in place. The landscaping in front has not been touched in a long time either. The air mattress in garage is open to air and full of dust, the sheets are also in the garage, not covered and dust all over. Who would want to use them? If you are paying people to clean this property, they are not doing a good job! The lounge chairs were rusty and the material was torn and would have just ripped if we used.The pool was very nice and clean, enjoyed it.

Quiet property except for a few hours of new home construction which is common in the Sarasota area as the restore the beaty of the area.

Lovely Home

Perfect location the pool was warm and in a beautiful backyard! They had the cutest little books and toys for our kids! Rob was quick to respond to any questions we had! We would gladly stay there again!

We had a great time. My young granddaughter wants to "live here forever."

The house was clean and orderly. It had all the modern conveniences yet maintained its old Florida charm. The heated pool was especially nice as outdoor temperatures dipped into the low-60s for a couple of days.We had 7 people in our party and had plenty of room.The dwelling is near the Siesta Key beaches, restaurants, bars, and shopping locations - lots of shopping locations.The owner, Mr. Serpico was very friendly and informative. Depending on where my eldest son is stationed, we hope to return next year.PS My young children were enamored with the swimming pool, available pool/beach toys, and the classic PacMan game in the living room.

Owner extremely helpful in helping us after our originally scheduled VRBO in Treasure Island was destroyed. House was very nice and pool was awesome.

Clean, spacious , and great location!

Stayed here with my mom, grandma, and my cousin. We all wanted to sleep in separate beds and this house delivered! Pool was nice. We came to Sarasota for 2 reasons to eat Amish food and hunt for shark teeth! The Amish restaurants were only 3 miles away, and the shark tooth capital of the US was only 19miles away. We ended up with over 100 teeth and our bellies full of great food! We will definitely be back! Also caught a beautiful sunset on siesta key. Very quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors saying good morning as they pass you by! They even have beach chairs and an umbrella you can use!

SRQ revisited

House was centrally located for beach/down town and shopping. Houses on street are being sold, torn down and new larger homes built. This property worked but needs to address basic amenities. Pool/pool area were nice, toys provided. Grill was newer and clean.

Close to everything

The stay was great. A nice pool and plenty of room. My only complaint was the listing said bikes would be available for use. There were bikes to use but had flat tires, the chain wouldn’t stay on one of them, etc. we didn’t rent a car because we planned to ride bikes/walk everywhere so we had to Uber more than we would have liked. Otherwise pretty nice place to stay.

Great place

We really enjoyed staying here. It was convenient to the beach and shopping. The pool was very nice. The walking trail was close and great for a morning walk. We would stay here again. The owner is very responsive and nice.

Great spot minutes from town and the beach

The property was nice and you are just minutes away from multiple grocery stores, and beaches. We were able to go in from the property to the beach and restaurants without wasting time traveling. Spoke with the home owner a few times and he was quick to respond and help with what ever we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Quick get-away

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is exactly as shown online and a perfect house for a family. We especially enjoyed the backyard/pool and front screened porch and spent all of our time in these two places. Good location, quick drive to beautiful Siesta Beach (although lots of traffic everywhere) and walking distance to everything you would need.

A nice gem in Sarasota

Close to the beaches, downtown and all the stores. Nice quiet neighborhood, enjoyed our time and the house. Enjoyed all the extra towels, kitchen gadgets, toys, activities. Do recommend this house for others.

Relaxing Vacation

The house was just like the pictures. Our favorite room was the front porch. It was great for eating breakfast, reading a good book or just relaxing. The big kitchen table was perfect for us. We like to play card and board games. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Our 2 weeks flew by! Rob was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly.

Great stay, perfect location!! Comfortable beds!

The two most important things for me and my family with a vacation property are location and comfortable beds. This place has both! It's SUPER close to Siesta Key and Lido beach, lots of restaurants and Trader Joes. The location could not be better. The beds were actually really great and comfortable and padded nicely without errants springs poking you in the back, and lots of pillows to choose from. The house was very spacious and clean and had a TON of additional things to use in the kitchen- every pot, pan, cooking device you'd ever want. And lots of beach supplies including a cooler with wheels that we definitely used. Great stay and would recommend.

Location

A perfect family vacation. The home is located close to all general amenities, a short drive to Siesta Key, stone's throw to downtown and Lido Key. Rob is great to deal with and the communication with him was easy. We would definitely recommend his residence for a mellow family trip.

We love the new Heated pool, sitting out on the front porch and enjoying a nice fire at the fire pit! Our favorite Steakhouse is Conner's which is walking distance. Siesta Key Beach is just a short, quick bike ride or drive! Access to the esporta gym with a free weekly gym membership is also a plus - walk there and swim laps, take classes, use the equipment or play basketball.
