Museums, golf, boating, sunbathing, swimming, all with a urban/tropical vibe. Relax and unwind or paint the town, we have it all! Enjoy private access to the entire house, pool area, and backyard during your stay. Owners live on-property in the adjacent unit. We welcome you to enjoy our little slice of paradise in sunny Sarasota!

We highly recommend this property. Located 10-45 minutes from everything we wanted to see. Near beaches and downtown Sarasota. Comfortable large mattresses. Very clean, Pool was immaculate and private. Sellers were very quick to respond, accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Neighborhood made us feel like part of the local community. Would stay here again! 10 stars!!

The backyard pool area was a private oasis! We enjoyed our time there each and every day. The beaches were just a few minutes away for the day get away. Our host John and Gabrielle were very helpful and resourceful with information about the area. Thanks you very much!

Four children and four adults stayed here. Loved the pool and the beautifully landscaped (private) backyard. Plenty of space for our family. Enjoyed the games and outdoor bags and mini golf. They had lots of beach and pool toys too. Very quiet street, enjoyed the screens in front porch in the mornings.

Catherine, I see you have not rented much on Vrbo. I spend a lot of time cleaning and maintaining with hundreds of items stocked in the home for guests use. I see your four stars and I am sorry the plastic chairs get hot in direct Florida sunlight. As for the tongs, I had asked you in the check in instructions to let me know if you need anything. Rather than ask, you gave me a four star review. This is my personal business of which I try very hard to maintain the home. When you checked out, my home was in gross condition. Food was stuck all over the counters, hair in drawers, clogged and putrid dishwasher, and then I found small seashells in the kitchen disposal where a sign is posted "no shells or bone". I am sorry you were not fully satisfied, and perhaps in the future you can communicate any discrepancies with home owners to allow them a chance to remedy and also be aware you are in someone's home and not a hotel room to treat indiscriminately. Good luck with future rentals here on Vrbo.

This was a perfect home for our stay in Sarasota. The location was convenient to downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach, St. Armand's Key, The Bay Park and many other attractions. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful. Gabby and John are excellent hosts! I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Sarasota.

The house was really nice and pool area was gorgeous. Lido beach was a quick 10 minute drive away. There were many shops and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the property so we got to spend more time enjoying our vacation!

The kitchen was fully equipped. The interior was clean, bright and colorful. Lots of fun and original artwork. Our mini American Shepherd loved exploring the secure back yard. Location was convenient to both Lakewood Ranch and Longboat Key, where seafood restaurants and shopping abound. Gabby and John are kind and accommodating hosts.

Absolutely loved this place. It was so cozy and clean and the outdoor space was like a piece of paradise. The pool and landscaping around it are so beautiful we used it every single day! We would love to come again!

Charming House and Beautiful Pool

Wonderful family set up. The hosts are great and the house is well equipped. The pool is lovely and a beautiful setting, especially in the evening. The house is in an historical area and parks and groceries are in walking distance (under a mile). We would stay there again.

Family Vacay

Our stay was amazing. Everything worked as it should. We spent a couple hours each night playing games. The pool was amazing and we went swimming all the time. The location is great everything we needed was within a couple of miles. The host's are great and very helpful if you are in need of anything. The beach is about a 10 minute drive to Lido.

We are traveling musicians that live on a detached converted apartment on site. We are world travelers that remain out of site and separated from the home by a fence. Often we are gone traveling or on tour or playing somewhere regionally. Gabby the guitarist works from home in marketing for the Titanic exhibits. John the mandolin player works on songwriting and managing the property.

This property is taken care of and is constantly being upgraded between rentals for aesthetic appeal and for guest privacy and enjoyment. We work to create a comfortable space where vacationers can relax with family and friends for time in the house as well as the many nearby attractions. We live for the ocean as sailors, swimmers, and fishers. Being from land-locked origins, we both have the sea in our hearts and want to share the feeling we both get from the area and what it has to offer. Come stay and find out why we are highly booked and reviewed on several rental sites.
