Living Room

When you enter the front door, you will feel the stress of daily life slip away as you settle into the modern furnishings, open floor plan, and possibilities of the mountain setting. With plenty of seating, you will make plenty of memories with your group be it watching movies on the massive TV, playing any of the numerous games provided, or sharing a story into the late evening hours.

Dining Room

The living room spills naturally into the dining room which is host to a table that will accommodate you and all of your guests. This thing is HUGE. Share some laughs over a freshly cooked meal without making anyone sit in the 'kids chair'.

Kitchen

Our fully stocked kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There's a coffee maker for those who like to start the morning right and a tea kettle if coffee isn't exactly...your cup of tea... Pots and pans, J.A. Henckels knives, all of your baking needs, dining sets and cutlery for your entire group, beer mugs, wine glasses, and a few Moscow mule mugs for good measure. With several barstools available, even those who don't like to put on the chef's hat can be part of the action.

Master bedroom with ensuite

The ridiculously oversized master bedroom is conveniently located just off the living room. Your king bed is nuzzled up next to a love seat allowing you to snuggle up and watch the roar of the in-room gas fireplace. With a full en suite bathroom (shower and tub included), you'll be living large in this room. Don't worry if you've over-packed, your over-enthusiastic packing is no match for the walk-in closet here.

Upstairs loft

If you thought the main floor was the end of the tour, think again. Skip your way up one flight of stairs and find yourself atop the (downstairs) world in an open and plentifully sizable loft. This is where we've stored games and fun for the kiddos, if required. The little ones will have hours of fun building forts with the Nugget, playing foosball or air hockey, being masterminds of life-size Connect 4, and so much more. We won't judge any adults who find their way up to the loft for some creative building as well.

King Bedroom #2

Just off the loft you will find the other two bedrooms in the house. First up - the king bed. Though this room isn't paired with its own en suite, you will be plenty comfortable here with space to place your things and rest your head at night. Attached to the shared bathroom, this room is a great location for parents wanting to stay close to their littles.

Bunk room

Sharing the bathroom with King Bed #2 is the bunk room. We are so excited to have two bunkbeds for the kiddos to enjoy. This allows families traveling for fun in the Rockies a great space to let the kids go bananas while allowing everyone their own bed. The kids will all go "wow" when they see the bunks and the negotiation will begin as they sort out which bunk is the best.

Additional Notes

Be sure to check out the Harry Potter room under the stairs. With motion sensing lights, this room will be a sure hit for your adventure-seeking creative minds. The home comes with a convenient 220V Tesla charger, plenty of outdoor seating, and coming soon - a hot tub! We have two large smart TVs - allowing streaming as desired. Please do keep in mind - in this remote location, we are on satellite internet, so speeds, connectivity, and latency can always be a struggle.
