The location is wonderful. The condo was spacious for 5 adults and a baby .Check in / check out process was easy .Jim was helpful with answering question throughout the process. Our family would definitely stay again.

The perfect spot for so many reasons!

We loved our stay!! We particularly loved the location and proximity to the beach for the price! Also the decor was beautiful and the place was very clean! Would stay here again!

The condo was perfect and the location couldn't be any better. Enjoyed my coffee out on the balcony every morning. We had 6 adults and everyone was sad to leave. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was very spacious and the location & ocean views were great!! We really enjoyed the pool and the boardwalk to the beach was very nice!

Wonderful and spacious! This is our third time staying at Shorewood Villas and it is our favorite! This condo was exactly as advertised and the most wonderful beach views.Looking forward to booking again for next summer!

Great Stay at Jim’s Oceanfront!

Fantastic trip and condo! Clean, beautiful views, spacious and a great location. We loved the pool and beach it was great to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The property manager, Nicole is wonderful and very responsive. We hope to return!

Beautiful view and great location near Coligny Plaza. Nice and spacious condo. The property manager was very attentive and easy to contact. Could use some updates and a deep clean. A simple walk through by management to check on the functioning of the light switches that didn’t turn on lights, patio chairs without cushions, lack of towels, beach, bath, kitchen, would be helpful. We live Shorewood condos and will go back there next year, but for the price we felt the value was a bit lacking.

Great location

If you're looking for a location that's within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping, this is the perfect location. The condo has a pool as well as direct beach access and is on the 5th floor with a beautiful view!

Perfect beach rental

Spent almost a week at this fantastic rental property. The views are amazing. Very nice inside and convenient to everything on the island. We look forward to coming back next year!

Amazing Location A+ View

We have stayed at several Shorewood properties and this is always a favorite for us. Beds are comfortable and nicely appointed condo. Very responsive host. Hope to stay here again.

Great place!

While not ‘newly renovated’ the unit is very nice!! The furniture is very nice and comfortable. Nice Kuerig in the kitchen (pods and pot). Beds comfy too. Great communication with owner.

We appreciate Sue's Comments. I guess "newly renovated" is in the eye of the beholder. We have spent $15,000 on painting, beds, misc furniture, kitchen appliances and other items in 2022 and 2023 to date, with more planned.

Great communication and location!

This property was conveniently located and as described in the VRBO posting. Communication throughout our planning and stay was top notch. Mostly clean. There are a few things around the condo that need to be fixed for the next guest. We had a great time with our family and will maybe stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend. Beachfront with a great view. Spacious and clean condo. Had more room than we expected. Was well stocked with needed supplies (except more shampoo and conditioner would be great). Kids loved the pool. Complex felt safe and well-maintained, and there were many other families with kids. We walked to Coligny and surrounding restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for us!

Great location and great view! I love that the condo has 2 master bedrooms (each with a king and bathroom). My group was two couples, each with a toddler. So the set up was perfect for us! The kids slept in the twin bedroom which was just the right size for them. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Family stay

Overall we had a great experience. You can’t beat the location and the views. The unit is large and there was plenty of space for our family. It was clean and comfortable and is fully stocked in terms of pots and pans and dishes. We did bring our own cooking oils and seasonings. Master bathroom is small but that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. The complex pool as perfect for our needs and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Overall great experience and we look forward to our next trip.

Great Hilton Head getaway

This is our first time to Hilton Head and had reviewed a few places in town but Jim’s place at Shorewood checked off many of the things we were hoping for including a beautiful seaside view and access to a hot tub during such cold weather. The welcoming was cute and Jim got back to us quickly with any questions. I can’t speak enough about just how convenient the location was to everything and the value of the property worth what you get to experience! This had not yet received a review so we took a gamble but totally was worth it!
