Toronjas 9 is a newly renovated villa located in one of Casa de Campo's most private sought-after neighborhoods. It boast amazing golf course views which are undoubtedly one of the best in the resort. The 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath villa with spacious bedrooms and living areas making any stay a comfortable one for groups of friends or families. Not to mention, a golfer's paradise! It's a perfect home to stay with friends without feeling in closed quarters. The house has an amazing pool with a jacuzzi. Minitas Beach & Club is only a short ride away! A very professional chef, butler and housekeeper are on site to help you during your stay.

This was an incredible trip. The villa is beautiful - even more so than the pictures. It sits on a beautiful part of a golf course and is tranquil and so nice in the morning, late afternoon and evenings. The furnishings are all first rate with wonderfully appointed bedrooms and ensuite rest rooms. Every need is arranged for and taken care of by the amazing staff - just ask and they make it happen. Maritza is an amazing cook - come prepared to ask her for some great traditional Dominican dinners. And if you do need a restaurant reservation or an in suite massage just ask her and it’s taken care of. Luis is always helping and attentive and Ana keeps the house impeccable. They are each very sweet and generous of spirit. The host, Luigi, makes sure everything runs smoothly so all you need to think about is relaxing. From airport car arrangements, to golf carts or anything you ended he is available at all times to help. We had some great conversations with him as well. If you are looking to rent a villa at CDC for a group just book Toronjas 9 and know you will have a great time.

Absolutely Incredible Stay in Casa de Campo!

This home was everything we hoped for and more—absolutely beautiful, modern, and spacious, located right on the golf course with stunning views. There was so much room for our adult family of 10. The house was impeccably decorated with gorgeous artwork, large bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms. The outdoor area was a dream—our group spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi. (We also enjoyed the ping pong table!) The resort had so much to do, as well. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. Maritza, the chef, prepared incredible Dominican meals—better than any restaurant we tried! Luis started our day with coffee overlooking the pool and golf course and later kept the cocktails flowing with creative and delicious drinks, and Ana was always attentive, helping with everything from dinner service to laundry and even ironing when needed. (Thank you!) We also need to give a shout out to the gardener, Flaco (I know that's not his real name ). He keep the grounds and pool immaculate! Luigi, the owner, was fantastic. First class, all the way! He was very responsive both before and during our trip, always available to answer questions and provide great recommendations for activities. He helped secured our golf carts, gave us great advice on boating/snorkeling and set up an amazing dinner (Caja China). We can’t say enough good things about this property and the team. It was a five-star experience all around, and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Villa, everything was perfect

My family and I stayed here for spring break, and everything was seamless. The villa host/owner went above and beyond. The chef, butler and maid were great! Every meal was delicious. They facilitated a golf cart rental for us, which was there when we arrived, and so fun to use during our stay. Great location to beach, golf and spa. We had an amazing stay and definitely would rent again!

Great Family Vacation

Amazing stay!

We had the absolute best stay at this property. The house is perfect. Beautiful finishes, impeccably clean, very comfortable. The pool is stunning. The staff was also awesome! Maritza the chef made some of the best food we've had. 100% will go back and highly recommend!

Amazing property and host

A perfect relaxing property on the golf course. Luigi was very responsive answered and addressed all our concerns before and during our stay. The house staff were very friendly, approachable, and personable. We were three families and they made us and our children very comfortable. Will be coming again. Thank you.

Perfection!!

This is the best property we have ever stayed at. The owner Luigi could not be more hospitable. He welcomed us with open arms and gave us everything needed for our stay. The staff is incredible and the service / food made it feel like a true vacation. The home is terrific; comfortable, spacious and a great open common space with a magnificent views of La Romana Country Club. Great pool and hot tub and Minitas beach is only 5 mins away. We will be back!!

Outstanding experience

Our house, Luigi and his staff superseded our expectations. The home is beautiful, chef Maritza made meals that were so good. We cancelled reservations for the local restaurants. we are fully intend to come back, and would recommend this to our family and friends.

Took 15 Years to Find Luigi

There are many great houses at Casa de Campo. We have been going there for 15 years. We have had golf course views, ocean views and both in the same property. This property is among my Top 2 and definitely the best value. The greatest thing about the property, though, is its owner Luigi. A true gentleman and gracious host! He checked in throughout the trip to ensure every detail was met and when there was a small mechanical issue, it was fixed immediately! Total 5 Star Host! See you soon, Luigi!

Toronjas 9 is a wonderful property with an exceptional staff

The house is just as described, beautiful, spotless and extremely comfortable. Great location close to all key CDC attractions. Luigi was always available, helpful and very responsive. Maritza, Laura and Ana went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Maritza’s cooking is out of this world. We are looking forward to returning to Toronjas 9!

Buddies Golf Getaway

Four long time friends who have been taking golf trips together for over 30 years. That said, this was without a doubt one of the best times we've ever had and not just because of the great golf offered at Casa de Campo. The house was fantastic, Luigi was a pleasure to work with and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Add in a number of delicious authentic Dominican meals prepared by the chef and it's no wonder we're already looking forward to returning soon. Finally, we each had our own large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the beautiful pool provided a welcome place to cool off after a sunny day on the course and riding around in our own private golf cart! Botton line, this is the perfect house for a golf foursome!!

The house was exactly as pictured and described, but still it exceeded our expectations! The location, the pool, the size and environment of the property - everything was just outstanding. Wonderful Family Stay

Beautiful house in Casa De Campo. Staff was really kind and accommodating. Martiza the chef made excellent meals. Luigi the host was very accessible ahead of our trip and made it easy to plan our transport, stocking fridge etc. additionally he went out his way to help my parents find a charitable organization in the area they could visit for their foundation. House is in central location to beach, marina and altos de chavon. Great stay!!

Great Stay at CDC- Toronjas 9

The house was just as pictured and described with two masters (for the adults) plus two other bedrooms that were perfect for our teeangers. The property, view and pool are excellent - you could spend the whole day at the house and be totally relaxed. Luigi was a perfect host. He was incredibly responsive to all of the questions we had both before and during our stay. The staff was excellent - a butler for serving, arranginf reservations and household maintenance, a chef for breakfast and lunch (and snacks if you'd like) and a maid. The location was really nice as it is centrally located to the four big spots of the resort: the beach, the main resort/golf/pool, the Marina and Altos de Chavon. No longer than a 15 minute cart ride to any of the locales. We loved our stay. A+

Wonderful family vacation!

Luigi and his entire staff are first class. They truly attended to every request we had from booking the property (high chairs, golf carts, dinner at the house, etc) through our final day. The staff was incredible - great meals, taking care of us at all times, even providing extra toys for our children. The villa is beautiful with great indoor/outdoor space and beautiful bedrooms. The pool has a wading area which was perfect for our young toddler to safely play in the pool. Casa de Campo had activities for everyone! We will be back!
