Find yourself in a true setting of PARADISE. This just remodeled villa (2024) has a fresh totally RE-design style that is both comfortable and classic Caribbean. The villa style fashionably reflecting the culture of the island. Enjoy the open tropical Caribbean breeze design of the garden terrace, thatched roof gazebo poolside "hut" and villa's main indoor great room and common areas. Individual air conditioning systems in each bedroom let each of the 5 bedrooms guest sleep at their own individual temperature.

In the upstairs master suite "number one" you will find a king pillowtop bed, two Ez chairs and 50 inch Tv, an expansive view off the private masters balcony, also a private outdoor tropical rooftop "under the stars" shower for two. See pix 34-37.

The second upstairs master bedroom with a new California king pillow top bed has its own private balcony overlooking the villa pool. This upstairs bedroom can also be set up with no king bed but 3 new pillow top twin "extra long" beds to accommodate your needs, perfect for teens or golfing buddies. See pix 38-40.

The 3rd upstairs bedroom has two brand new pillowtop queen size beds.

There are one or two downstairs bedrooms, depending on your personal needs. See pix 38 & 40.

The downstairs master bedroom has a private tropical outdoor garden shower for two. NO NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS in this bedroom See pix 43-45.

The 5th and last bedroom , just off the pool, has a 70' Tv and the room can be set up 3 different ways to accommodate your needs. If a 5th bedroom is NOT really needed, this room is setup with no beds, makes a great TV poolside room and gathering spot for all of your group. When this room is setup with no beds - the "TV room" includes two comfy sofas and the 70 inch flat screen TV for viewing the big game or your gaming device hook up. When a 5th bedroom is actually needed this room can be set up with ONE California king bed or the room can also be setup with TWO twin "extra long" beds. See pix 46-50.

OUTDOORS: The crystal clean pool has comfy new pool furniture and an oversized sun shaded tropical thatched roof area with two extra long outdoor sofas. For a sun shaded dining experience eat under the villas covered terrace with its expansive views of the surrounding 5 acre tropical gardens. This just remodeled villa is fresh, bright & neat as a pin! The extensive villa remodel took place and was completed in 2022.
The villa is situated on a large land lot which gives you sweeping views of the manicured large shared neighborhood 5 acre tropical gardens. The property and gardens have exceptional landscaping including coconut and palm trees, birds of paradise flowers, ginger flowers, bougainvillea, avocado, passion fruit and mango fruit trees. The main house and pool are separated by a landscaped walk to the 5 acre neighood tropical garden. Enjoy a refreshing coconut water---- plucked right off the coconut tree as you watch. When in season step off the villa patio to pick your own breakfast avocados, passion fruit or mangos!

As per our online rental agreement- the CdeC daily resort charge is not part of any rental rate. The $30 daily /per adult resort charge is collected by CdeC on arrival to the main entrance gate and IS NOT PART OF THE VILLA RENTAL amount. Read the villa contract carfully as your 1st payment serves as acceptance of resort fee and all other terms.
