UNWIND AND HAVE FUN! Be our guest in this beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental condo on the 9th floor of Miramar Beach Surfside Resort. Conveniently located just across from the beautiful beaches of Miramar Beach, and close to fabulous shopping, award winning dining, world class golf, and a wide variety of entertainment options, you are guaranteed to have a fabulous vacation.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking a panoramic view of the gulf with an added glimpse of the bay. The condo has been recently updated with new flooring, furniture and appliances. The living room and dining room area is open and airy and is filled with natural light and views of the gulf. The living room provides comfortable seating, and a queen-sized pull-out couch for extra guests. The dining area and breakfast bar seats your group comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and everything you will need to stay in and prepare meals. The master king suite offers gulf views, balcony access, an HDTV, and large master bath with a stand-up shower. Peer out of the window of this bedroom to gaze upon the emerald waters of the Gulf. The guest queen suite also offers gulf views, an HDTV, balcony access, and private bath with a stand-up shower. Additional bedding includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a set of twin bunk beds to sleep a total of 8.

You don't have to worry about crossing traffic when you use the overpass from the 2nd floor pool deck to the beach. Make sure to secure the free seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella waiting for you between mid-March and mid-October.

Surfside Resort is an all-inclusive property including a fitness room with gym equipment, sport deck (tennis under the lights, shuffleboard, basketball) above a covered and secure parking deck, a large, heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, beachfront Tiki Hut food and beverage service, on-site restaurant, and a pool house with showers and a sauna. Surfside Resort features The Royal Palm restaurant, Surfside Spa (massages, facials, etc.), and Surfside Beauty Studio located on the 1st floor. Surfside now offers seasonal beach bonfires as well as beach weddings and receptions in the new beautiful event venue catered by Royal Palm Grille restaurant. Please note Surfside Resort only allows 2 vehicles for a 2-bedroom unit.

*We also offer monthly rates for stays during our winter season. Please inquire if interested.
*Summer/Spring Break requires 7-night stays (Saturday - Saturday), otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

We stay at Surfside resort every year. This is very safe area. The staff at the front desk is always friendly, and this particular unit was remodeled and very nice.

The rooms were clean and the few issues in the bathrooms with slow drains and a door that was sticking were resolved not too long after being reported. It was confusing who we were talking to at times… the host or an answering service. I talked with three different people before an issue with a broken window was addressed. It was not revealed before renting that it was there but we were assured it had made it through the storm without falling down but would not be replaced until months later when a replacement was to come in. This caused some stress with 4 young ones that were with us and trying to keep them away from the window. They did compensate us for this inconvenience. The staff behind the counter were not very friendly when approached with a daily question or two which was disappointing.

Unit was very clean. Great supply of towels in both bathrooms and also had washer/dryer combo in master bath. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing I needed that was not supplied was a tea pitcher. Side by side fridge/freezer was clean and made ice quickly. We had no issues with the ac. Unit comes with two beach chairs and umbrella. Not sure what time you have to be at the beach to get front row, but I do know it is before 6:30 during peak season. I would recommend this unit and would return.

Condo was perfect

Gorgeous view's, very comfortable inside, clean and everything you need is in the condo. We loved it. Will definitely be back to the same condo. Only thing i would add is a ceiling fans in the bedrooms but that wasnt a big deal.

Beautiful View

This unit had a great view of the beach and beautiful blue water. It was clean, cozy and perfect for my family of 3. The property management company, Glass Casa, was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would book this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures say a 1000 words, but these pictures look great until you get in the room. Quite a few of the electrical outlets didn't work in the bathrooms where the women have to use curl their hair and such. In the tiny second bedroom 1 outlet in the whole room worked or move the bed from the wall to use the second one. There is a floor outlet but the socket was broke down into the floor. Onto the living room, the furniture which was so dated reminded me of a roach motel. We were looking for my wife's watch and pulled the cushions out and the trash under the cushions was unreal. I had actually used their vacuum to clean up some. The rug underneath the coffee table and couch and loveseat was absolutely disgusting, I wanted to sit down with him on the floor but thought no way. The dining area felt like I was eating at my grandmother's. Master bedroom was the highlight of the entire condo. Kitchen was well thought out but small. Very first hour the siding door handle broke by opening it one time. Some of these complaints were addressed and they said a ticket would be put in, but nothing. On to the second bedroom or walk in closet more like it, a full size bed and a night stand. No dresser but did have a bedroom and a small closet with a few shelves. The bedroom was supposed to have glass sliding doors but apparently the last guest or whoever broke it and they put up a curtain rod. I have pictures of the shower door glass that wasn't completely off the shower glass and a picture of the cut on my foot from it. The vacation rental Glass Casa wanted to give us 10% off another rental...lmao. I wouldn't go back there. The only other pluses would be the property of Surf Side Resort and their restaurant but steer clear of whatever they try to rent you.

Room was nice. Would have been nice to have some salt/pepper. There was some dirty laundry stuffed between headboard and wall from previous guests (who knows how long it had been there) the air conditioner also was not keeping the place cool. I didn’t bother complaining as I know they typically keep them set at a temperature that they believe is comfortable. The back bedroom would get fairly warm at night. Overall nice place to stay with easy access to beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was one problem that went unresolved for more than 1 day. None of the kitchen and dining room AC receptacles had electricity. Security was sent to check the circuit breakers, but to no avail. However, upon further investigation on my own, I discovered that the specific breaker for the kitchen & dining areas had a reset button that Security failed to reset. After I pressed the reset button and turned off/on the breaker, power was restored. Security needs to be better schooled on this.

Great condo!

Loved the blinds! It’s great to look out and see the ocean but you need blinds sometimes. Our last place didn’t have any and it stunk. This was a very nice, clean place with all the dishes you would need and comfy beds/couches. We could log onto our own apps on the Roku but it also had lots of channels too. Tv remote in bedroom was kind of hard to work but I made my husband use that one. lol. Loved the showers and especially having a washer and dryer! Also loved having access to the on-site restaurant and beach bar. I thought it was easier to cross the street than use the walkway but that’s personal preference. The beaches are close to public access so pretty crowded but we didn’t mind. Street traffic is very constant and a lot of honking and some yelling in the evening. But it died down eventually. Also, no fault of the condo owners, but there’s only 2 elevators for 16 floors so you do have to be very patient, sometimes it took quite a while. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It was a great condo and very close to the beach with all the amenities we wanted.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The view was beautiful, and the host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay.For future guests, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and towels, as those supplies were limited.One thing that really stood out was the host’s honesty and willingness to help after I accidentally left my earrings behind. They immediately agreed to help return them, which says a lot about their integrity and customer service.The building itself is older and could use some updates, and there was a noticeable odor in the common areas. However, the restaurant and beach bar staff were friendly and added to the overall positive experience.Inside the unit, the beds and couches weren’t the most comfortable, but they weren’t a deal breaker for a short stay.Overall, because of the beautiful view, good communication, and the trustworthiness of the host, I would recommend this property for a quick weekend getaway.

The one that was there was broken and old. The sliding glass door in the living room needs some maintenance. The handle is barely holding on and there was no way to lock it. The safety arm was broke and the latch as well. The rooms could use some box fans cause it gets muggy at night time. Also the guest bathroom sink isn’t draining very well. No fault of yalls but there was a security guard that made us feel very uncomfortable coming back in from fishing one night. He approached us and crossed his arms and mugged us as we walked in. Although we appreciate him and what he does there is no need in making your guests feel like criminals coming and going. We honestly had a great time and actually spoke with hotel about hosting our wedding next Summer in June. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has great potential! The2 bedrooms and little bunk room plus sleeper softer make it great for 2 families or one large family. The balcony expands the back of the entire unit with ocean front views. It has just a short walk to the beach which is convenient however once you get down the beach access you still have to treck down the beach for a public spot as the resorts monopolize the majority of the beach with empty chairs for rent pool is nice with 2 hot tubs and a small children’s pool. The condo needs some work and updates. We had a lock fall out of the slider, a towel rack fall off the wall, noticed broken trim, taped trim around mirror. The air conditioning kept going out which seemed to be an issue with the building rather than the unit, still inconvenient as at one point the temp in the condo got up to 78 degrees. I will say with all of these issues the customer service was excellent and they were quick to come out even at 11pm to correct issues. They even brought a portable air conditioning unit since the air was a repeating issue. Over all if they spent a bit of money to slightly repair and update it would be perfect.

The skywalk and beach side bar were a huge bonus. Only complaints we had were a lot of guests were very loud late into the night. Suggest getting some baking sheets and a broom and dust pan. A broom would have made cleaning the sand up. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to others.

2024 Surfside 903

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean,but second bath has a shower drain that is home to fruit flies, ice maker does not work and there are not many knives , forks and spoons. Overall very good.

Surfside condo

Surfside has a lot of really nice condos and is in a great location. The unit we stayed in this time , 903, could use some updating and cosmetic work. I would toss the VCR player. View is great, above the power lines, but I will get a different unit next year.
