Welcome to the Cozy Time Cottage, located in Lake Williams, CT! A cozy space to get away in the charming town of Lebanon, CT.

Enjoy summer lake activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, & running on the nearby trails. At night, enjoy your time around the large fire pit, the two-person outdoor futon, the gazebo with ceiling fan and lights, or the two comfy rocking chairs on the screened-in porch.

During the winter months, enjoy such activities as ice skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and more. 4-season rental w/ a local vineyard in town.

Amazing!

We had a great time. We were so happy with the layout and the amenities available. It was an adorable vacation spot. It rained during half of our stay so we weren’t able to take as much advantage of the water activities, but overall great experience.

The cottage was a wonderful place for multi generational family to stay. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and twin infants. Grandparents used the canoe for a quiet paddle. Adult children stayed out at the fire pit. We all went for a swim and washed the babies in the outdoor shower. It was a trip for a family wedding celebration, but we all wished we had more time to spend at Cozy Cottage.

Very Cute Cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Time Cottage. There were detailed instructions for anything you may need to use, and the owners were extremely helpful! We had a great time and would highly recommend staying there!

Cozy Time Cottage Well Named

It absolutely was a cozy time. The indoor and outdoor space is so inviting, the kitchen well outfitted, and we loved being able to walk to the lake. A bit hit with the adults and kids! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect name. Cozy Cottage.

We loved our stay. Home was clean and the outside amenities were great. The owners were very easy to get in contact with and they were very accommodating to our needs. Walmart is about a 20 minute drive. Lots of mom and pop shops to eat.

Perfectly cozy

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days just relaxing and exploring the beauty of CT. Anything you could ever need was available in the cottage and the beds/furniture were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Our stay was nothing but pleasant.

Amazing House and Location

Had the best time here, a well-appointed home with all the amenities needed. Close to the water, comfortable beds, warm, and cozy! The hosts were amazing and everything was exactly as expected (honestly it was better than expected). Will definitely stay again, highly recommended. Thank you!

Summer week

Centrally located between Hartford, the ocean and Mystic. We spent alot of time at the lake beach which was a short walk. Plenty of room and games and activities at the house.

the house is perfect for a little family. we had 2 kids under the age of 5 and 4 adults. The house is so cozy and host thought of every little thing to make the stay extra special.

Very comfortable. Had everything that we needed especially in kitchen area. Well equipped.Only thing to suggest is maybe supply more wash cloths. Only 3 were available. This cottage sleeps 10 so maybe just supply a few more. Otherwise perfect. Loved the washer dryer combo availability.

Exactly what we needed

My family and I had an incredible 4 night stay at the cozy cottage. The home was tastefully decorated, sufficiently stocked with amenities/essentials and accurately “cozy”. The lake is what drew us to this rental and it did not disappoint. We spent our family time relaxing and enjoying each other’s company in the ideal setting.

Cozy, Warm, and Great Kitchen

We stayed here for a week while visiting relatives nearby. This house is very clean and has everything you could need - a well stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, 3 TVs, good internet, and multiple sitting areas. The lake has its charms even in winter too. We appreciated the festive decorations which gave an extra special touch for the Christmas holiday. We'd definitely stay again.

Cozy Cottage is Wonderful!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Cozy Cottage. Everything you could possibly need is provided right down to supplies to make s’mores! Everything is comfortable and cozy and in excellent condition. We felt right at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The pictures are an exact view of the cottage. Everything is lovely.

Nice stay for family

My family that was visiting for my daughters wedding stayed and a was good. The only wish was a second bath. Lol. The only issue they had was the bathroom door was locked when they checked in

Peaceful and cozy. Just what we were looking for

As the title says, this cozy and peaceful cottage was just what my wife and I were looking for. We spent a great morning out on the lake with the provided canoe. Came back and ate some wonderful lobster rolls on the back deck (lobster rolls from the fish market in Willimantic about 15 min away). Unfortunately couldn’t use the firepit due to an open flame ban due to how dry it’s been lately, but that is certainly not the property’s fault. Firepit area looked great and we did spend some time sitting in the adirondacks around it anyway. Beds were very comfortable and we overall had a fantastic weekend

Learning experience for a first Vrbo stay

The location was a challenge as there was no sunlight and a lot of daily tree debris, which needed to be cleaned. A light blower would have been helpful. Additionally, there were trash bins on the deck, which didn’t encourage us to sit outside I could’ve. Done a better job researching the location to find a sunny or lot. Finally, I would’ve looked for a location that truly had a beach so that I could enjoy the lake rather than the access to the water only.The inside of the home was well equipped and comfortable

A True Cozy Cottage

Loved our stay here. We found the cottage to be very welcoming. Everything was very organized with instructions for all the appliances, pellet stove, and tvs easily accessible. The main bedroom was nice and comfortable. The four season room was so inviting. The pellet stove kept the cottage very warm and the fire was so soothing. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances were all new and in great working order. During our stay it rained almost all week so we did not get to use the outdoor area - but we hope to visit again and enjoy the beautiful fire pit area and gazebo. Lovely stay - we would definitely recommend.

Cozy at the Lake

We absolutely loved Cozy Cottage at Lake Williams. This adorable, fully renovated cottage is just a quick walk to beautiful Lake Williams. Cozy Cottage has every amenity you could need and Kerie has gone above and beyond to anticipate the needs of her guests. We feel so at home and so comfortable there. The beds are great, the appliances are new and of good quality. There’s a great grill for cooking out. The washer and dryer comes in handy for wet swimsuits and towels and the bathroom is modern and well-equipped. Nights are peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and we look forward to coming back soon!

Thank you for considering a stay at Cozy Time Cottage! Paul, Kingston, and I purchased this quaint cottage in 2020 during the pandemic with plans to renovate, enjoy, and rent. Due to the pandemic and material shortages, we spent more time than expected on the renovation, but we are pretty proud of how she came out. Cozy Time Cottage was once a forgotten 3-season cottage that had not been visited for 2-3 years, and now, has become a revitalized and loved 4-season home that all types of renters can enjoy, during any, and all New England seasons.

Growing up with a seasonal cottage in the Berkshires, I wanted to share the lake community lifestyle with Paul and my son Kingston. I am so happy that we were able to make our family goals come true, and that we can share these types of special moments with our guests. Lake life is like no other when it comes to special moments and family time. If you know, you know!

Paul, Kingston, and I reside in the state of Massachusetts but we are only an hour away from our dream destination, which we are happy to share with you all.

We are always happy to hear all of your thoughts on ways to improve the guest experience. We strive on being a super host and we are planning such improvements as an outdoor shower, adding two outdoor bathtubs, a relaxing shallow pond, and adding some backyard games.

Cozy Time Cottage adheres to the VRBO policy on security cameras in which we disclose the information below:
There are four security cameras located on the property (front door, backyard,
driveway, and interior kitchen). All cameras except for the driveway camera, are
disabled at guest check-in (3 PM), and re-armed at check-out (11 AM). While Cozy Time Cottage holds your privacy in utmost concern, we reserve the right to inspect
cameras during your stay, should there be circumstances in which the property,
and/or guests, experience safety issues, break the rules or policies, or acts of
