Enjoyed our stay. Condo clean and kitchen equipped well. Small issues were light out under microwave, hair dryer in master bedroom did not work and under upper cabinets lights were out. They were small issues and did not our stay at all. We really enjoyed our stay very much. Also the 2 beach chairs w/ umbrella were a bonus!!

Check in was confusing since there was no desk to check in at. You have to call the host to get any instructions and then wait for them to email you directions. Once getting to the room, it was just as pictured. Beautiful room to stay in and would definitely book again. Beds and couches were comfortable and the recliners lay all the way flat as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and more, as well as all new appliances. The only downfall was on the housekeeping aspect. The floors were not cleaned nor was the kitchen table, as there was green dried up food on it and sand everywhere. The master shower and kitchen sink smelled like sewage when you first turned on the water. BUT even with those minor issues, we had an amazing stay and no regrets on our room.

The hotel is a really nice but there are a few things that I feel would be it an A To be honest the beds are not very comfortable, we had a two bedroom and both beds mattress were hard and we all woke up several times during the night from it. There is only one ice machine and it's cost 5 for a small bag, my other gripe is that you have "access" to the beach chairs but they still cost 50 to rent. Other than that though the room is very nice with a pretty view and there is plenty to do on the property.

We had a great View the room was clean the staff was excellent we had a wonderful time it was a good way to spend spring break with our grandkids even though the weather wasn't so great everyday we just bundled up and went on it was fun

Very nice condo . We had a few problems one with the A/c and another with the hot water in the main bathroom but maintenance was right on it and fixed it as soon as we called it in . We had a great stay would stay here again very nice comfortable sleeping condo . I would rate it a 10 .

I made a list of pros and cons as we stayed to try and help with this process a little. I’m a firm believer in a detailed review and I would like to make it as easy as possible for the next person planning their vacation. Pros -it’s amazing inside. Bar, Starbucks, ice cream shop, gym, pool, splash pad, tiki bar.Really the most elaborate facility my family has ever stayed at. -6 minutes from Walmart -walking distance to Sharky’s, Amore Donuts, Alvin’s Island, Zollo’s Pizza, and lots of other shops and eating places -fastest elevators I’ve ever ridden in my life. Cons -the elevator process is confusing and unlabeled. You have to go to the 3rd level of the parking garage to get to the bridge that crosses to the condo, but nothing tells you that. Then you have 2 elevators that you have to use to take down to the first floor to get on ANOTHER set of elevators to take you to your floor. It would have been nice to have had this laid out in the welcome email or the elevator. -walking past the loud bar full of drunk gawkers just to get to the splash pad or car (however, did later find out it’s only Tuesday and Friday nights that they karaoke)-there’s a beach wagon in the room. It didn’t say that anywhere. So I rented one for 60-no ice when you arrive, we had to turn the ice maker on. Not too good to do that, just would’ve been nice to know that when we arrived so we would’ve had some later. All in all, a great stay. We just would’ve appreciated a little direction.
