Wallingford is walking distance to nearby UW, Gasworks and Greenlake Park. You can easily get to neighboring Downtown, Fremont and Ballard with a 15 min bus ride. Seatac airport is another 24 min Uber ride away or a 45 min light rail ride away once you get Downtown.
From SeaTac Airport, guests may Uber or drive (24 min) with plentiful, free street parking outside. Guests may also take the lightrail from the airport to the University of Washington station and catch the #62 bus to Wallingford.

Please note the complex is home to other full time residents, including some HOA members. The HOA is a bit strict so please be respectful and cognizant of noise, 9pm-9am is quiet hours
• No parties or illegal activity shall take place in the unit or on the property
• No pets allowed. If evidence of an illegal pet is found, guests will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
• No smoking is allowed within the unit or on the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
• Lost key fobs will be an additional $500 charge for replacement
• Please help our cleaning crew out by simply leaving the property tidy and running the dishwasher. We will handle your linens and trash.
• If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills or stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, guests will be charged additional fees.
• If at any time the maximum number of said occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately.
This property is also managed by an on-demand property management company. Please message me with any questions or concerns and we will find a resolution for you.
