The updated and fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make those special family meals or fun beach picnics. The living room has sliders to the balcony, comfy seating, TV with cable, and FREE secure WiFi. The master bedroom has a King bed, a TV with cable, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds and there is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway. This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Indian Rocks Beach and has a cute beach side food/ice cream place called Kooky Coconuts, just around the corner. Beach access via 7th or 8th Ave. This property is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd but not directly on the sand. It has stairs up to the unit.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
