The location and the place was perfect for my family's needs (6 adults). However, it was surface clean, and we did see ants in a few of the spaces by our last day. We also had a glitch with the stove in the kitchen but the response from rental place was quick and appropriate. All in all, would likely stay again if we go back to Nashville.

Beautiful condo

The condo itself is beautiful. It needs to have the paint seriously touched up & a new toliet seat on the middle floor & some of the blinds .

The home was lovely for the most part. Clean bathrooms and mass hosting quarters. However, ANTS galore! I found a trace of dead ants in the crevice of the wall near the window up to the ceiling going towards the bed in clusters and a line... I found plenty going up the highest flight of stairs and one even crawled on the table.in the living room. The home definitely needs treatment and cleaning to eliminate their trail. The linens also need to be replaced. Although they may be clean, they have an array of stained debris. For example, the master bedroom had a massive footprint or shoe print on the bed. There was also hair in a lot of areas of the double bedroom. Again, while this is major to some, it wasn't super bad. The home is lovely... it just needs updated linens everywhere including the living room and a good deep spring cleaning to remove the ants. Other than that, I'd stay again!

Not bad the shower downstairs had very little pressure seemed like the shower head was clogged. The furniture upstairs was half broken. Pricey for what it provides. Plan on getting your steps in as it is 4 floors with the rooftop

Disgusting!!

Everything was filthy! Worst place I have rented in 22 years!! I did see past reviews had issues with the cleanliness but figured it had been taken care of with the new management company. Not the case at all. Stayed at a hotel the first night until the cleaning person could come in the next day to change the dirty bedding, replace the moldy shower curtains and sweep up whatever was left crushed on the bedroom floor. I had already picked up the trash on the rooftop deck and wiped down the kitchen island. We would have stayed at the hotel if they would have let me cancel and refund the reservation. When we went back the next day and had a closer look around the walls were not only trashed with scuff marks but dirty with hand prints and substances dripping down the woodwork, cobwebs, layers of dust on everything, one towel per person for the week, ant trap in the silverware drawer and no instructions for anything. Had to figure out there are 2 remotes for 4 TV’s myself so I could get Worst Killers channel off the TV in my room.

Living Large

This property has a lot of space. It is pretty convienient to many areas of Nashville. Would stay there again.

Close to Alot

The rental was a short walk to the Gulch area. Downtown & Broadway are only a 25 minute walk. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so that was convenient. A couple of improvements could be -that the furniture on the roof was very worn & that there were empty cans & glasses up there.

Pretty good

The house was acccurately displayed and is in walking distance to downtown Nashville. The space is plentyful. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the roof deck comes in handy in warmer weather. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better with china and glassses. In terms of cleanliness, there were a few empty beer cans left on the roof top, the stove and oven were a bit greasy, and there was no dishwasher detergent left for us as described thus we washed the dishes by hand. We were only there for a long weekend and thus didn’t bother calling about this items. Every bedroom has a TV and they were all great. The main floor TV has a fire stick and we were unable to log out of it to watch things that we wanted to watch. Some instructions may have been helpful. Overall our experience was good and we would stay there again.

Nice place for a getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable.:The house did have 3 flights of stairs, which I’m not fond of.The tv in the main living area didn’t have internet connections and only played 1 channel. The bed rooms were clean and comfortable, but no place to put your open suitcase, except the floor (no dressers etc). The garage was barely big enough for our F150 truck, but at least there was a garage. The living area could only seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen was nice and up to date. Pretty disappointing

TurnKey did a great job with customer service, booking, and reaching out, but the unit itself was pretty gross, honestly. Ants everywhere. It needs to be patched and painted badly. The furniture is super dirty and needs to be replaced. The ceiling in upper hallway looks like there is some kind of leak, and mold growing on it. Just felt like a college frat house. Disappointing

We stayed with turnkey last week and our experience was very disappointing for many reasons. 1. the listing was misrepresented by stating there was access to a gym 2. the walls and couch were thrashed 3. the windows on the second floor failed to close all or lock the way resulting in a safety issues and a draft coming into the 2nd floor when the temp was 30-40 degrees outside4. there was MOLD growth on the 3rd floor. Especially during the COVID-19 virus is absolutely unacceptable living conditions and a real health riskTurn key and their response times are very slow and have yet to contact me about a necessary refund. Exceeded Expectations

My group and I had been looking forward to this trip for months and we were afraid that we had hyped up the location too much. Fortunately, we were wrong. The home still exceeded all of our expectations. We were right in the middle of the music, best places to eat, airport, etc. Would absolutely stay here again if we went back to Nashville. Nashville visit

The rental worked out perfectly. It was very nice having the rooftop deck for visiting with family during the present virus environment. I did place a call to the rental agency with a question and left my number for a call back. Never received a call back. I tried calling them again and was on hold for an hour. Great place for a small group who want to stay together

The townhome has alot of space for a larger family or in our case three couples. We each had our own ensuite. The beds were very comfortable and the common areas had plenty of room to hangout in. Good location - walking distance to some bars and restaurant. Offstreet in garage parking was a plus. As others have stated, it could use a fresh paint job and a deep cleaning, buy overall it was a very nice place. Lovely rental And well appointed

This home will not disappoint. It was spacious and well appointed. Beds were wonderful. Location great. With that said, some refreshing is warranted. Fresh paint, handle on pocket door in half bath broken, and furniture needs to be cleaned. Small things that were noticeable. Overall I loved the home and would rent again. Fantastic stay

A first time trip to Nashville with friends. The rental property was perfect for 5 people. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooftop great for hanging out and having a few take out meals. I was very happy with the location as well. A short walk to the Gulch and a quick Uber to downtown. Also, the neighborhood was really nice as well. Not too loud, but you could find another group to meet if you wanted to.
