This wonderful property is the perfect location for both winter and summer vacations, with great access to the Stewart Lodge at Terry Peak just 1/2 mile away and local snowmobile trails less than a mile away, along with ATV/UTV trails that can be accessed easily with a short ride over to Recreational Springs to connect to the larger trail system. You can also be enjoying the rim-rock canyon walls of Spearfish Canyon in less than 10 minutes, grabbing some great food or gambling in famous Deadwood in under 15 minutes, or taking in the majestic sites of Mount Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park and more in about an hours drive! You can't beat this location surrounded by trees, but within an easy drive of many activities!

Inside you'll find an open kitchen/living/dining area that seamlessly comes together to make it easy to entertain your favorite guests that you brought with, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. There's a flat screen TV in the kitchen area great for entertaining and it comes equipped with the reliable and fast Starlink internet great for watching your favorite internet based shows and staying connected on your trip. The upper loft has a twin bed and a loft along with another smart TV. The lower level has another bedroom along with a great game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, Nintendo gaming system and seating area with smart TV. It's a great place to enjoy the night with your friends and family by your side. The bathrooms are newly renovated and are both walk-in showers making it great for everyone in your group! There's also a walk-out onto the back deck that has a wonderful hot tub! There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailers as well!
