Cool cabin vibe. Plenty of space for 2 families which is exactly what we needed Its a hike down to the lake, but the kids enjoyed it.Lawncare and pest control stopped by during the visit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when low lake levels impact the usability of the dock during your stay. Please note that lake levels fluctuate throughout the year due to a variety of factors, including weather conditions, precipitation levels, and water management requirements by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). These fluctuations are especially common between September and early May and can affect access to stationary and floating docks, as well as recreational activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Unfortunately, lake levels and conditions are outside of our control. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad to have your feedback. Great stay

Very clean, we had an issue with the lock pad not working and they were very quick to resolve the issue. We would go back in a heart beat

The property was beautiful; however, getting down to the dock was a treacherous trip. Carrying a huge kayak down there was impossible. The kitchen was in need of better (cleaner) pots and pans. The coffee maker took 40 minutes to make a full pot. The dish washer is heavily scaled and is in need of cleaning. It doesn’t clean dishes well. The property and view were amazing, but the amenities were lacking for the price I paid for a 3 night stay.

Baseball Trip to Dandridge

The Propert Management team is fantastic at communication. there was an issue with the AC that had to be addressed a few times but they got folks out there each time and made sure it was fixed! loved being so close to gastlinburg for the fun tourist stuff as well!

Disappointed and deceived

Stayed one hour and left very disappointed!!! Property is not managed well at all. The Cabin is very dated. This would be more of a old hunting camp. Not for family vacations. Lawn and Weeds not maintained, Hot tub not maintained, dead bugs in closet. I have pictures to back up all this if needed. maintained

Property is as described. Everything was in working order. Except the jet tub in the master bedroom while it works fine. The hot water tank will run out way before you get it filled. And the shower head was rough and to restricted for my liking shooting pin like jets at you. And we had atleast three ticks get on us from walking down the path to the dock which is very steep and over grown.

Needed deep clean.

This cabin is really nice but unfortunately it needed to be cleaned before our arrival. There was mice drops in some of the drawers and the dishes needed to be washed because they looked like nobody touched them in months. Also, the hot tub seem to have not being used in a long time bc when we turned it in a little bit of dirt came out. The dish washer was the same and the coffee make too. In my opinion if you have guests coming into your cabin you should do a deep clean but other than that it was a really nice place by a lake.

Dated/unresponsive

The place is nice overall. Some things need to be updated. Kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges when opened. Upstairs shower was awful. It was difficult to turn on as it was very loose and clearly needed to be replaced. No water pressure in the house. I have stayed at many properties and usually don’t leave a review. I did this time as you need to know. Oh and I called the management company to let them know about the shower issue upstairs. I never received a call back. That is the type of service I got. I hope these issues get corrected.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom and living room were very comfortable, the kitchen was great, but the back deck and jacuzzi tub were the highlights. The few negatives were the hike to get to the dock and back to the house. Our stay was early June and the dock was not in the water and the bottom of the stairs was about 4 foot above the ground so it took a little bit of climbing. The hot tub was in bad shape with less than half of the jets functioning. The master shower head was painful and sprayed all over. We showered upstairs to avoid it. These were only minor inconveniences but we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was not clean, whatever was on the dining table would not clean. We found a lunchable in a drawer, used tissues under the bed, washed the dishes before using them, and the floors needed a good mop. The upstairs shower was finicky with the hot water, so my kids just used the one downstairs, but that water leaked all over the floor! The hot tub was gross, had lots of dirt and stuff in it and most of the jets do not work. There’s a reason the pictures to the water are not taken, the hike down was a bit treacherous! There’s dock would be nice if it wasn’t covered in brush so you could actually sit on it. The view was pretty and we love the lake, that’s my only positive thing. When I got an email the second day about the property I said it was not good and that I’d get a response within 24 hours, but that never happened.Oh! And they tell you to put the trash in the trash and outside with the lids closed, but the bear sure did tear into it! Just don’t.

Please don’t make the same mistake as of and book this place.

On 7/28 I booked this place for 8/5-8/7. First I would like to make sure you know there are papers you have to sign in 48 hrs or they will cancel your stay with NO REFUND. They do not sent you the information to check in until the exact time you can’t. So if you don’t get service your phone might not load it on the property. We arrived at 3:30. We came from out of state and made better time than we expected. After we pulled in the maintenance guy showed up to do a walk threw and make sure nothing was broke. 30 mins before our check in! We had already walked down to the lake and noticed the stairs were broke so much so that you could not get to the dock from the house! We asked him about them and he Informed us they have been like this for over a week and a half (so since before I booked) They never mentioned this in fact access to the lake WAS THE ONLY REASON WE CHOOSE THIS PLACE. Before he left he also informed us one of the two showers also didn’t work. Frustrated was an understatement. The next morning maintance showed up to block off the stairs to the boat dock so they couldn’t be held liable for injury but had no interest and fixing the shower! We paid 1200$ for 42 hrs on this property and we’re not even able to access the lake which was the o Lu reason we choose this spot. Also pictures of this property are not accurate. There are two patio areas one of which is completely rotted. In the pictures it also looks like you can access the lake by stairs from the porch of the house which you can not. It’s a long trail that is straight up/down hill that has grown up because they didn’t bother to even weed eat it. Not that it mattered since we couldn’t access the lake. This property is managed my Jackson mountain homes and I would not recommend staying at any of their properties. They did offer us 100$ back which was pretty much a slap in the face after lying to us and ripping us off 1200 dollars!

Dirty!!!

Started off by having the cleaning lady tell us she cleaned up a ton of mouse droppings. We went inside and there was still droppings. Comforters were dirty. It looked like there was pee and blood stains on it. Pillow case had makeup on it. Emailed company and also talked to them on phone and they were going to send someone over with clean linens and someone to take care of the mouse issue and no one ever showed. When I messaged them again all they did was apologize and say they would make sure the housekeeper is aware. They did not offer to make anything right at all. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this place.
