Fantastic watercolor house with plenty of space. Every bedroom has a bathroom, which is great and the bunk room comfortably asleep six. I would say the bikes need updating but otherwise everything is in great shape and it is a very well appointed house with everything we needed.

The house and location are amazing!! Very clean, spacious, close to Camp Watercolor and a short drive to the Beach Club. The neighborhood feels very safe. My only complaint was the golf cart (low speed vehicle). The brakes sounded like metal on metal and was very difficult to stop the unit. It felt unsafe to the point we just didn’t use it for the rest of the 5 days we were there. We contacted the rental company, who was always very quick to reply, but nothing was done and so we were unable to use the golf cart (which was a big deal to us). I would stay here again and just hope they’d fixed the brakes on the golf cart.

The home was absolutely perfect for our large group (3 families)! Awesome location, very close to Camp Watercolor. Home had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, grilling, etc. Best bunk room we’ve ever seen. Finally, property mgmt group was extremely responsive for anything we needed!

Villa Princessa

We had a great time at Watercolor! The house was perfectly appointed. Convenient location to pools and bike trails. We always love riding bikes around. We would definitely stay again.

Great home in Camp Watercolor!

Great house and lay out for big families and best location by Camp Watercolor. Would love some better outdoor furniture to use the patios and porches more.

Wonderful stay, home, and responsiveness

My wife, four teenage kids, and I had a wonderful time at this property. The location and the layout are both perfect. In addition, the management company's responsiveness and attentiveness were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them to all others.

Family Celebration @a Beautiful House

This is a Beautiful house in a great location! We had 20 people in our family and it accommodated all of us. We enjoyed Camp WaterColor and the bicycles. We had a memorable vacation celebrating Grandpa’s 70th birthday! Definitely will be visiting again.

This house had a great lay out and location. Very clean and plenty of towels. Great to have an ice maker. However it was not up to the typical standard of watercolor. We have rented multiple homes in this resort. Had a hard time with initial access. But that can happen. Both AC thermostats were blank on arrival and the house was warm. Turned out both units had clogged lines. The house came with a golf cart with specific instructions and warnings about charging it, but the extension cord was burned out. There were kitchen utensils etc but rather sparse and worn. The downstairs full bathroom (which one could assume would be good for seniors who don’t do stairs well) was ridiculous. The shower door banged into the front of the toilet and couldn’t be opened even half way. Getting up from said toilet resulted in banging your head on the shower door. Our overall impression was that the house is tired and given the price just not the best value for money compared to other homes we have rented. The resort itself didn’t disappoint at all! Cannot say enough about how clean, friendly and beautiful it is!

Great home, well maintained, plenty of space

We are WaterColor veterans, and I must say this home is certainly one of the best maintained homes we have stayed in. Florida is rough on homes, and the owners and property managers do an exceptional job at keeping it up to standards. Location is good, 5 min bike ride to beach, with a fishing pond, volleyball area and green space right out the back door. Camp Watercolor pool is fantastic and is with a few hundred yards. Management company was great to work with. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to cook, and beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was some of the bedding was dirty, but we arrived a bit early and the home was not able to have the thorough property check where I would hope it would have been discovered. All and all, great home.

Great for Group or large family

It was a great place for our couples trip and would be great for a big family as well. All the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was wonderful for our group. The location is great. We love all the walking and biking trails and it has easy access to Seaside and Watercolor amenities.
