Enjoy your Key Largo stay in a private gated oceanfront community. This 3rd floor 2-bed 2-bath condo boasts approx. 1350sqft of living space with balcony, upgraded fully-equipped kitchen, freshly painted walls, and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy the marina, ocean, and state park views from the living room balcony and windows.
The property amenities include (3) heated swimming pools, a playground, a private marina with a 24/7 boat launch, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding, tennis courts, and a fishing jetty. The ocean front fishing jetty includes several picnic areas, outdoor grills, and a sitting area at the end of the pier. The charter fishing marina is also located within walking distance of the property and John Penne Camp Coral Reef State park is nearby for snorkeling and diving. The complex is also gated with 24hr security.
Master Bedroom includes king-sized bed, TV, and full bath. While secondary bedroom includes queen-sized bed, sleeper sofa, small wet bar with mini fridge, and full bath as well.
Fully-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, lighting, fresh paint and new furnishings. WIFI and large smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc. Unit has central heating/cooling, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays featuring fresh linens and towels.
Parking available under and around the building, with access to the unit through (2) elevators and/or stairs.
The Kawama private community resort is located at Mile Marker 100 off the Overseas Highway. This location has great access to shopping and restaurants, some with nightly entertainment, nearby to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and post office.
For Boat Owners, boat on trailer parking is included. Boat size limitations may apply. First come, first serve basis. For slip rental rates and availability, please contact Molasses Reef Marina at (305) 451-9411

This was our first experience with Vrbo. It exceeded expectations. Check in was easy and the condo was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We didn't get a chance to explore the property much as we were constantly staying busy off property. We had a small issue with the license plate reader at the gate, but the security staff was friendly and fixed it quickly. Greg was very responsive before the rental and for a question during the rental. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was extremely clean! Host was responsive within minutes. Pool was small but not crowded. Kitchen well stocked and had a cabinet full of seasonings, if you chose to cook!

Very nicely appointed condo. Nice property overall. Excellent communications from the host. Chose this as a base for some last minute diving over the holiday weekend and it worked out perfectly.

This was overall a wonderful experience. Entry to the property was smooth and efficient and secure, The property and grounds are all very well kept. And our stay was better than expected. Everything was clean and sanitary. This allowed our stay to be the best after a really really really long drive. The next time we are in key largo I would love to stay here again! PS being within walking distance to the pier where you can watch both sunrise and sunset is amazing...

The host was very responsive when I had questions. The space was very roomy and clean. Nice pool and pickle ball court. I would recommend!

The apartment was big and cozy. It was clean and had all the comforts. However, I would not defined it as luxury. Maybe it was 10-15 yers ago but not now. The complex itself is not in great shape, pools are small and quite old.

Very nice place. It was much larger than we expected it to be, a pleasant surprise. In a good area with good amenities.

This is definitely not a luxury condo. The place was pretty decent inside, but the outside smells like sewage. The condo faces the marina and stinks terribly. You cannot go outside on the balcony or to the closest pool since it stinks so bad. When we were there one pool was closed, the other one was too stinky so everyone in the whole complex was at the one remaining pool. The owners provided 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person (1 washcloth for every 2 people) and no beach towels. We were using wet towels all weekend and no towels for your hair. They provided the really super thin toilet paper that sticks to your bottom. There is no coffee creamer or sugar for the coffee maker except an empty Folgers can. You practically have to clean the condo when you leave. They require you strip the beds, fill and run the dishwasher, gather towels and then drive your garbage to a stinky dumpster area. Not sure what they mean by luxury, although the inside was decent. I will not be returning. Not sure if it stinks all the time but we went in August and it was nasty.

The instructions for use of the condo was not read. Every VRBO and AirBB condo unit have similar rules pertaining to check in and check out . Most of the travelers aware that southern Florida experiencing sargassum grass that is piling on all beaches and coastal areas. In hot summer days it may cause unpleasant smell. As for the thickness of the toilet paper, folding it would solve the problem .There is a closet in the hall way to the second bedroom that is well stocked with bath, beach and towels of all sizes. No one ever complained about that issue. We prefer not to put any consumable food such as creamers, coffee, sugar and etc as it is a matter of personal preference and hygiene.
Property has three swimming pools. Two of them
Are remote from the beach area and that should diminish the smell .

Great location, interior was average not luxury .
Location was nice and the place is near many different restaurants. We especially liked The Pinecrest bakery for breakfast

Very nice property in an older building with interior of the unit recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Nice walk out to a point with seating area looking out onto the water but not good for swimming. Only real negative is in the second bedroom. It was difficult to block out the lights from the hallway outside, making sleeping somewhat difficult for this adult.

Perfect Weekend Stay
We stayed at the condo for a wedding we had in Key Largo. We were super happy with the location and the amenities the condo had to offer. They tiki huts and fishing jetty were a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick Spring get away
Very clean and spacious condo. Pool area very quiet and relaxing - no crowds. Enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Quick drive to restaurants.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stary at this property. It was is a great location - walkable to beach, yet minutes from other activities in the area. Communication with the host was very good.

Perfect place to stay, close to water access and a great pool. Clean and people there were friendly.
Greg was a great host, he got back to all emails and questions promptly, the unit was spacious and very well kept and was fully stocked in the kitchen. We had a great time here.

Everything we were looking for
Had a great time visiting with our daughter. Close to restaurants and beaches. Even saw some manatees.
