We invite you to enjoy this beautiful townhome in one of Houston's historical neighborhoods, Riverside Terrace. Enjoy privacy, fast wifi, and spacious accommodations as you're just a 7 minute drive into downtown, 10 minutes to the Medical Center, and 5 minutes to the museum district. When you arrive, you will find a two car garage and an additional onsite parking spot, as well as a beautiful roof top terrace with skyline views.
This is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home to accommodate up to 8 guests, including:
*Queen beds in all rooms plus a queen inflatable mattress available.
*Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, Keurig coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, and a toaster.
*Full size washer and dryer
*Smart TVs in living room (55”) and all bedrooms (43”) with Roku & Netflix
*Downtown and Midtown restaurants, shops, cinemas, nightlife entertainment etc. are all within 5-10 minute driving distance.
*Contactless Check-in via smart lock
The townhome is in a gated community where you will have access to a two car garage, a private parking spot next to the home, and free street parking.

I have been married for 12 years and I am the proud momma of two boys and a little girl, Adam, Kaleb and Everyn. I graduated from Texas A&M and worked in Human Resources for over 14 years, however I now stay at home with my babies. I have a very large family who I am very close to.
