Hi there, my name is Emanuel, and I’m a proud host on VRBO. I’ve called the Outer Banks home since 2015. I have a passion for audio/video and IT work, which I do here on the beach. Additionally, I run a local and airport transportation business.
I have a rich cultural background, with roots in Romania and a childhood spent in the Italian Alps. I’m excited to share my love for this area with you.
Our rental property is located in the heart of the Outer Banks and offers some of the most stunning sunsets you’ll ever see, just down the road. I’m lucky to have my best friend, J, as my co-host. J and his family have lived in the Outer Banks for 30 years, and he brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to our hosting endeavors.
Together, J and I are dedicated to providing our guests with the best possible experience during their stay. We are confident that you will love your time here, and we can’t wait to host you soon!

At the front of our neighborhood, you’ll find a Wawa gas station and convenience store for all your immediate needs, as well as a Target store for more extensive shopping and a movie theater. A variety of stores and restaurants are just a mile away, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.
