In the coveted highest building at Canyon View, enjoy a truly comfortable home away from home with views of Ventana Canyon itself and its unique natural rock formations from the patio, master bedroom and kitchen, & enjoy looking down onto Tucson's glittering city lights from the living room, front screen door, and second bedroom/office. Many large windows make the space bright and airy with so many gorgeous views. Tastefully furnished w/ everything needed for a comfortable months-long stay.
***PLEASE NOTE*** that there are visible luxury homesites being cleared adjacent to the building, with no loss of mountain view. You may see construction equipment being stored near the building. I welcome questions anytime and will respond quickly- I love my job as a host!

As a host, and a traveler myself, I take your health very seriously. This unit is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each guest using disinfecting janitorial supplies.

So quiet and peaceful!

The mornings were wonderful, looking out at the foothills covered in blooming sahuaro cactus. The only sound we heard were the doves.Everything about our stay here was even better than expected. The condo is lovely.Lore was extremely kind and helpful. We hated to leave.

Great location and lovely property

We loved this place! Super clean and so comfy. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and so quiet! Love the foothills location with access to hiking just off the property. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. We did use the exercise facility. So convenient to Sabino canyon park. Lots of close restaurants. A beautiful area. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Was great right up against the Mt

All good. We had an issue with supply’s, but when texting the owner they were very responsive . This property is near to a freind that live off swan. Hopefully can stay there next week

Property was quiet, pools quiet and relaxing, great views of desert and city, condo was clean and had everything available we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Tucson Stay

Lore was an absolute pleasure to work with, responds immediately. Condo was a perfect location to National Parks. The restaurants they recommended were delicious. Gorgeous views from the deck/ balcony of the mountains. We would definitely recommend, truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

This condo is wonderful in every way -- clean, spacious, great location, and wonderful host. We had previously stayed at nearby (and more expensive) resorts, and Lore's condo is a much more convenient, comfortable, and roomy alternative, especially for a family.

This condo was great. It had all the amenities that you could wish for, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds and seating were very comfortable The views were spectacular Lore was a very welcoming host and very available, and so pleasant to deal with Would definitely recommend this condo at any time

Lovely Views and More

This condo has great views, is close to nature, and trails, yet convenient to shopping and excellent restaurants. It is the perfect location to get anywhere in the Tucson area. We loved the balcony and its breathtaking views of Ventana Canyon, especially one evening when a storm blew through. Many thanks to owner Lore, who is the most responsive and accommodating host one could ask for. We highly recommend.

Immaculate, tastefully decorated, hilltop location

Lore has a beautiful, quiet, scenic location and property. We loved the morning hikes right behind building 9 and pickleball in the evenings. Sitting on the back porch/balcony was so peaceful and refreshing. The neighborhood was so friendly. The splash of gorgeous pink flowers on the tall bush alongside our steps was awesome!!! Thank you for a great stay. Hope we can come back again!!!!

Great place to stay for your Tuscon visit

Lore was a great host! Very attentive and responsive to our questions. She even had her husband bring over a brand new set of Pickleball paddles and balls when we asked for them! The location is great, and the views from the front and back porches are amazing! The home is well taken care of and very clean. The pools and other amenities on site are beautiful, and the permanent residents are kind and welcoming neighbors! Make sure you take a hike up the Ventana Trail that is just right in the back yard. Highly recommended!

Comfort in Catalina Foothills

This property was PERFECT for our team. We were able to rent an extended stay while we were working on a project in Tucson. The apartment is great, and Lore is an amazing host. She is quick to reply, and communicates clearly. She was a joy to work with. We have rebooked for another stay already! Thank you for making this so easy Lore, we appreciate you so much!!

great location and fantastic communication

Location was great and lots of amenities nearby. There is construction out back but we knew that going in and anticipated for some loud days - really only had a few though. The property owner was GREAT!!! super nice and responsive!! As for the condo - only suggestion would be that it could use less furniture as it’s a smaller space. there’s only one large couch and it’s a bit squishy, perhaps a smaller firmer couch and a chair or two. Beds were super firm and comfortable! We even got to see some javelinas out back a couple of evenings!!

Great location!

We enjoyed our 2-week-winter-getaway at this quiet, scenic, second-floor condo. Great mountain views out front and back. Furniture, appliances and kitchen supplies were accommodating. Easy access to Ventana Hiking Trail and Sabino Canyon is close by. An easy, low-traffic drive on a newly blacktopped road to gas, groceries, UPS business center, CVS and El Charro restaurant. Keyless entry with your own personal code. Lore responded promptly to my questions. She is Tucsonan and offered advice on local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely rent again from Lore!

Lil Desert Oasis

I just fell in love with this property for so many reasons. The location is unmatched - nestled against the foothills of the Catalinas, hiking for those that do :~). Great local restaurants are within 5-10 minutes! The patio is quiet and well appointed with cozy chairs, sunsets amazing! The condo has been furnished beautifully, AZesque with everything you'd possibly need in the kitchen, two coffeemakers, utensils, linens, all like your favorite sister would have left if you stayed. Did I say covered parking from the AZ sun? Lastly, communication with the owner...Lore goes well above and beyond in making sure your needs are met. Don't book here in the sping - I'm coming back!!!

Ideal condo!

This super clean condo captures the beauty Tucson has to offer from sunrise to sunset. Every morning we sat on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the sun's rays light up the saguaro covered mountains, as the sun began to rise. In the evening, we enjoyed the view of the shimmering city lights from the front entry, living room & guest bedroom which are so beautiful! Oh, and the hosts....."Wow!" Lore & John are truly outstanding! Rest assured, if you have any questions or concerns they will be, "on it"! Lore and John are some of the nicest and most attentive hosts I have encountered through the years of being a VRBO guest! If you are looking for a condo that offers ultimate relaxation, breathtaking views & a piece of mind, this is the place for you! Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality Lore & John! We can't wait for our next visit!

VENTANA CANYON CONDO

We had a great stay at the condo near Ventana Canyon. The views were as advertised. The condo was clean. The owner was extremely hospitable and available if we needed anything. The condo was in close proximity of excellent restaurants and the trail into the Ventana Canyon was phenomenal. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic!

The condo was really comfortable, clean, well appointed, and very quiet. Lore was a great host and was super responsive whenever I had questions. Views of the mountains and the city were superlative, and I spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the views of the Catalina’s and Ventana Canyon. Very convenient location in a resort type neighborhood, and convenient to shopping, Sabino Canyon, and pretty much everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

It's the most prestigious condo community in Tucson, nestled right up to the Catalina mountains and in the upscale Catalina Foothills neighborhood. This particular community has its own private Ventana Canyon hiking trail entrance, 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, a gym, tennis and pickleball court and beautiful landscaping! It's 5 minutes from shopping and Sabino Canyon, and only 20 minutes to the University. Couldn't be more perfect!
