We’re so glad the home was a good fit for your group and that you had plenty of space to enjoy your time together. It means a lot to know you had a positive stay. We’d love to know what we could have done to make your experience a 10/10, as guest feedback helps us continue to grow. 💚

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! First, we absolutely love that your group has been making memories together on your annual girls' trip since 1972! What a wonderful tradition! We're so glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds, peaceful location, and everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. That said, we're truly sorry several areas of the home fell short of expectations. Cleanliness, properly functioning amenities, and guest safety are incredibly important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We'll be reviewing your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, including the shower safety recommendations and items needing attention. We would love the opportunity to welcome your group back next year and provide the experience you should have had from the start. Thank you again for staying with us and for giving us the opportunity to improve! 💙

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 💚 I’m beyond happy to hear the home worked so well for your group (and your furry friends too!). That sunny back patio is one of my favorite little spots, so I’m thrilled you got to enjoy it. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and I’d absolutely love to welcome you all back anytime!

It's fantastic to know that you found the couches comfortable and the TV setup perfect for watching games. We're glad that you enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to the lake. Providing everything you needed for your Thanksgiving meal was our pleasure, and we're thrilled that we could contribute to a memorable holiday experience for you and your family. If your travels bring you back to the area, we would be honored to host you again. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
