The home also includes two separate laundry rooms, making it convenient for families, longer stays, and active travelers.

Parking
Ample parking is available with 2 garage spaces, 4 driveway spaces and up to 2 street parking spaces, provided all wheels are completely off the roadway. RV parking requires prior approval. Please do not block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.

Good to Know Before Booking

Reflections at the Lakes is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we welcome respectful families and groups looking for a relaxing stay.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests unless additional guests are approved in writing before booking. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and all visitors must receive prior approval. The booking guest is responsible for everyone at the property during their stay.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept respectful at all times. No loud music is allowed at any time.

Events, gatherings, additional guests, visitors, pets, airbeds, and special setup requests require prior approval and may include additional fees.

The home is designed for relaxing family stays, wellness retreats, active travelers, and respectful groups, not loud parties.

Pet policy

We welcome up to two small pets under 20 pounds with prior approval. There is a $100 pet fee per stay to cover additional cleaning to help minimize pet hair and dander for guests with allergies. Pets must be included on the reservation and may not be left alone at the home.

Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accept the following breeds as pets: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or mixes containing any of these breeds. This list is not all-inclusive. Please send us your pet’s breed and weight before booking so we can confirm approval.

Accessibility and Home Layout

Please note that all entrances to the home have two steps. There is also a staircase leading to the lower level, where the theater room, game areas and additional amenities are located.

Airbeds may be available upon request for an additional setup and cleaning fee of $50 per airbed, per stay.
