Perfect home!

We loved this house! The kitchen was huge, pool was gorgeous, and second bedroom setup was perfect for our 3 kids. We will absolutely stay here again!

Close to Siesta Key Beach

Property was close to beach (10 mins) and we also rode our bikes on the Legacy Trail. Visited Dog Beach in Venice, Florida.

Privacy

We loved the location, quietness, and the size of the house. It is super close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again at this location as it was perfect for us. I was able to work remotely from the rental so the WiFi was fast and had no issues with anything at this rental. Very cozy!

Rear Find

This functional and well equipped house offers everything you might need. Awesome pool with floats, plenty of towels and outdoor entertainment. Comfortable beds and 5 min away from Siesta Key Beach. Property manager Don is great. Easy to reach and very attentive. Looking forward to staying here again

Serene Stay

Living in paradise! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was very clean, well laid-out, with everything you may need from bicycles to pool toys to an ice cream scoop. Don the owner was always available for anything we needed, which wasn’t much! The neighbourhood was very quiet; we enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning in the backyard. What a beautiful property. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Don!

Great stay

A very charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in closet proximity to Siesta Key. The home was well apportioned with towels (pool and beach) plenty of paper products, condiments, snacks, coffee, spices, sunscreen, etc. The pool was perfect. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of pool floats, rafts, beach chairs. The only thing missing was a cooler. The only issue encountered was a loud neighbor yelling in the street. But he didn't bother us so we ignored it. This is a great property and the host was excellent going over and above. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location for family getaway.Very pricey considering.Pool was nice, not heated but clean.House was clean. Queen bed very uncomfortable for two adults.Washer HAD mold in it.Vacuum WAS clogged. Not a huge dealFirewood should be available rather than “upon request”. I’m not trying to talk to anyone one my vaca. Outdoor space was nice and private.Bathrooms were clean and showers worked, short amount of time for hot water tho so a family of 5 better be quick with their showers or Dad is going to freeze.Overall would rent again, just lower the price ffs. Neighborhood 1 street over was the rich folk with sidewalks and street lights, kind of funny to see that there instant change.

Relaxing week near Siesta Key

The property was almost exactly as pictured (no hammock, which was a bit of a bummer). The kitchen had everything you could need for a weeks stay, which was very important to me as we had several meals at the home over the course of the week. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a lot of full-time residents and we met some wonderful neighbors during our morning walks with our dog. The backyard is fully fenced in a one quite large, and included a bags (cornhole) set that our teens got a lot of use out of. One thing that is important to note (and it’s my fault for not reading more carefully, as I have rented several homes in Florida over the past 10 years) is that the pool is not heated. Unfortunately the water was way too cold to spend more than a couple minutes in, so we did not get to utilize the pool as much as we would’ve liked. It was only a 3 mile drive to Siesta Key and Crescent Beach, which was wonderful. You can find pretty much any store you could need along Tamiami Trail. All-in-all we would absolutely stay here again during the warmer months.

Frustrating

I normally do not participate in the reviews. However, this was an extremely frustrating two weeks. The neighborhood was far less than favorable. One neighbor was a complete nuisance. Several days, and nights he was in the street shouting expletives, trying to provoke a fight with his neighbors. He had at east 4 junks vehicles in his front yard an carport. The automobiles on the street were so loud you felt you were in NASCAR garage. The advetised bicycles were unusable, the TV set-up was a shamble. I could go on, but suffice it to say that we will not use this address again.

They struggle with mental illness, which occasionally manifests in outbursts. It's a rare occurrence, but unfortunately, it can happen.- Regarding noise from vehicles, while we cannot control the activities of other residents, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for our guests, but we're sorry if this had a negative impact on your stay.- As for the bicycles, they are indeed functional, although occasional flat tires can occur due to infrequent use. We provide a bike pump for such instances, and previous guests have utilized them without any problems, and wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help.- Regarding the TV setup, I recall our discussions and promptly assisted with resolving the issues to ensure your comfort during your stay, even assisting you with installing the portable antenna you had brought with you. Additionally, I replaced the firestick with a new one to enhance your viewing experience.We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
