Come stay in this beautifully remodelled 3BR/2Ba home 10 minutes from the worlds' most famous beach. Also, a 10 minute drive to Daytona International Speedway and 10 minutes from Main Street. Less than a 5 minute walk is a brand new park with swings for the kids, a boat ramp, tennis courts and public dock for fishing. Publix grocery store is less than 5 mins down the road. Each bedroom includes a smart TV. Game room offers pool table and a 75" TV. Arcade machine with 10,000 games, a dart board and large connect 4. This house offers a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with keurig. Hide away in the secret room, climb the rock wall (150lb weight limit) and play the claw machine. Book now as this is a popular area and house will book up fast, we look forward to hearing from you!

Amazing Place

We came down for Jeep Beach! Great parking, awesome backyard and a well kept facility. Greatly appreciate being allowed to stay. Will definitely be looking at this again for next year!

Perfect house if you have a student at ERAU. Close enough to the school and a good location to be out and about in the local area.

Great Daytona home

You can't beat the location of this house especially if you want to get on the water as the ramp is just a block away. Beautifully decorated and with a ton to do inside and nearby, it was a great get away.

We love this house!

This is our 2nd year staying here, perfect short distance to the Speedway. House is very clean and well maintained. Perfect fenced in backyard for our dog to play! Thank you Billy!

Amazing guest house with everything you need

Billy's guest house was unbelievable for a long race weekend in Daytona. Was super clean, well laid out, comfortable, and had everything needed for a fun place to relax--complete with a game room (pool table, darts, games, video games) and huge TVs in each room. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat. Billy was also super responsive to inquiries.

Excellent home!

This house was so very clean and neat. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. It has a nice back yard that our dog enjoyed. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and I would definitely give this a 10!!!

Beautiful, spotless home

What a beautiful spotless home!! We had a great time and enjoyed the play room a lot!!! It is very close to everything, the beach, the speedway, Embrey Riddle, the airport….. The communication with the owner was excellent, I requested for a barbecue and there it was!! THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!! We will be back soon!!!

Location and Cozy!

As soon as you walk in the home, it felt very welcoming. The property was everything that the listing said, and my son truly enjoyed the hidden room. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was stocked with just enough stuff for me to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I had also forgotten coffee and it was nice to open the cabinet and see that there were Keurig cups as well as creamer and sugar since I forgot those. I also love the fact there was easy access to cleaning supplies..brooms and a mop. I have found that those are hard to find so I had brought my own, but it was already there. Had a few questions about the games as well as TV and the owner was very responsive. Location was perfect for the main strip with shops and restaurants on riverside as well as fishing and when we wanted to jump over to the beach side just to enjoy the boardwalk for a few. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Cute house with lots of entertainment

Our family of four stayed here over Thanksgiving week. My husband and I both had to work remotely some of the time, which left our two teenagers to entertain themselves. This turned out to be the perfect house for it with the pool table, darts, large TVs in practically every room, and an arcade machine with hundreds of games. I thought they’d be asking us to drop them off at the beach every day, but they were content with everything to do at the house. The kitchen has a very large island which was awesome for prepping meals. The house has the basics but if you need any specialty kitchen devices or spices etc, you should plan to bring them with you. This varies at every house we stay at - some are very well stocked and some just have the basics - so I like to point out which is which in my reviews. The host is very, very responsive. We had a problem with the hot water the first day, but he responded immediately and had a plumber out to fix the issue within a couple of hours. I was impressed. The location was great for us, less than a five minute drive to the grocery store and some great restaurants and not that much further to the beach. It’s a quiet neighborhood and pleasant to walk around. I would recommend this place.
