- The hotel requires a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Amex, Discover, or MasterCard) at check-in to cover incidental charges. The hotel will authorize $1.00 on the card to ensure it’s active; this amount will be released after a room inspection at checkout. Prepaid cards, CashApp cards, Chime, and similar mobile payments aren’t accepted. While you can pay your stay balance in cash, the incidentals hold must be on a card. The cardholder must be present at check-in with their ID and the credit card used for booking.

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

- Complimentary coffee in the lobby is served 8PM-10 AM;
- Complimentary wine tasting in the lobby is served at 1PM-5 PM;
- Complimentary Happy Hour (daily signature cocktail only) at Maxine's Bistro & Bar at our sister Catalina Hotel is served at 5PM-6PM;
- Two pets are allowed per room at no extra cost;
- Limited-self parking is available for a rate of $2 an hour at 2401 Pine Tree Drive (by the Woman's Club). Look for zone #1628.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
- For any amenities needed such as extra towels or soap please approach the hotel front desk;
- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.

NOTE: Reservations which have not been canceled or modified prior to the cancellation period will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax penalty. Reservations which have not been canceled, and which are not consumed, will be considered “no-show” and will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax no-show penalty. Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation periods based on business demands and will notify in a prompt manner.
