Great location…a quick walk to the beach and a true peek-a-boo view of the coast. Gave it a 9 as it could have been cleaner. It met our needs with kids with pool and simple accommodations.

Loves the location and easy access to the beach. Most of all loved the fact that the AC was super cold.

Great location

Extremely close to the beach. Great, clean property. All the WiFi and tv amenities. Very close to all the fun shops and golf cart rentals and restaurants. Excellent beach access! Fantastic place!

Perfect!

The grounds, the pool and boardwalk view, the comfort was all perfect for us and our teens. Close to town and walk to beach! We liked the private driveway and lot away from main roads. Will stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Sunrise Villa was the perfect get away for my friend and I and our teens on mothers day. The condo was nice, lates out well, clean, and had a great location! Check in went well and everyone was really nice and happy to help!

Great location and price. The only suggestion would be blackout curtains especially in the sleeping area. Easy check in and check out process.

Enjoyable!

Our place was perfect!! Clean, roomy, and functional (only needed a full length mirror). Ice maker was very convenient along with coffee maker and cute coffee cups! Dishes and cookware were great too. Loved seeing the beach walkway and ocean from our balcony. Pool was fantastic and beds were comfy. Overall very pleasing and we will be coming back! ❤️

Mini vacation

We stayed at Sunrise Condominiums on #203 The condo was overall really dirty, mold on bathroom sink and shower, the bed covers were dirty, one even looked like it had blood on it. I do vacation rental cleaning and could tell this place hasn't had a good clean in a long time. The only good thing i can say is the location

We always want our guests to have a great experience, and we are saddened that was not the case this time. We are glad the guest enjoyed the great location!! We hope they will give us another chance on their next trip to Port A. We replied right away when they reported the condition of the condo and immediately remedied the issues. While we do our best to make sure the properties are ready for arrival, we can sometimes miss things. We are available 24/7 for our guests needs.

Just ok

I have to short out my days due to huracán Baryl. The four days/night planned become 3 due to local authorities said if you are tourist and no residents better leave Saturday to avoid route congestion on Sunday due to the weather. I called to the host told her about it. I hope Sunrise Villa will give me some credit for that as I spoke to Melissa who was very nice and pleasant talking by phone.

Perfect for short stay

We knew going in this would be tight for our party of three adults and three teenagers (all females), but we made it work. We brought one twin air mattress that we fit behind the dining table. The owner communicated with me that this would be tight - and I appreciated the upfront communication. We loved how close we were to the beach - just a short little walk. You might want to bring a foldable wagon - for toting beach items. The advertised pictures are very accurate. The condo was clean and stocked with basic needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice weekend family stay

The property was nice, the beds comfortable, the balcony view lovely, everything was clean, etc. We had a short stay, but it would have been easy to stay longer. Property management was very friendly and all instructions were easy to follow.

Comfy and convenient

It was our first girls trip together and 203 was a great place to spend it. The distance to the beach and the quaint view were lovely. Simple, no fuss, and chill coastal vibes.
