YELLOWSTONE AT CANYON LAKE: We have designed this home with your comfort in mind. The home offers incredible views, large dining areas, hot tub for 6, fire pit in the private backyard and ample parking for up to 8 vehicles with an additional covered parking for your RV (with RV connection) or boat/trailer. Yellowstone at Canyon Lake can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests with its 5 bedrooms and two living and dining areas. The 5th bedroom is located above the garage, with its own living area and bathroom.

YELLOWSTONE AMENITIES: The well-appointed indoor kitchen provides an oven with a built in airfryer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave, pantry storage in the laundry room with washer and dryer, and island with counter seating. The gas grill is located just outside of the side entrance to the home adjacent to the kitchen. Enjoy the full coffee bar located in the kitchen. Enjoy the game room in the garage with a tv, ping pong table, darts, life size Connect 4 and life size Jenga. Ample outdoor seating areas offer guests space to comfortably enjoy the sunset (or sunrise for the early birds). Stargaze next to the fire pit which is nestled in the backyard surrounded by outdoor lights. 6 Smart TVs are located in the main living room, bunk room, game room, and all other bedrooms. A crib, highchair, pack-n-play and changing station are also available & located in the primary bedroom closet. Crib linens are available.

LOCATION: Yellowstone at Canyon Lake is nestled in the Texas Hill Country overlooking Canyon Lake, less than 1 mile from Public Boat Ramp 21, which provides boat access to the lake. There is ample parking for your vehicles and boat trailers. Grocery, pharmacy, bank, & restaurants, are all approximately 5 miles from the property. Gruene, Wimberly, Blanco, & New Braunfels, all just a 25 to 30 minute drive, and offer several additional shopping and dining options which you can find in the welcome book upon arrival.

OUT AND ABOUT: Check out the amazing shopping and dining at the many Gruene Wineries and restaurants and Blanco Distilleries/Breweries. Enjoy boating and water sports on Canyon Lake, floating the horseshoe on The Guadalupe River (15 min drive), a day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or dance the night away at the "oldest dance hall in TX", Gruene Hall! Lakeside Golf Course is easily accessible as well. Take a tour of Canyon Lake Gorge, and be one with nature at the numerous hiking trails, caverns, and state parks throughout the area.
