Our property is located just 15-20 minutes to all modern conveniences and retail stores.
In the winter you will want a 4-wheel drive vehicle as New Hampshire does get a lot of snow. Our house does have a long driveway that our service provider keeps plowed. We also have a garage you can park two cars in. There is room in the driveway for 6 cars to park.
We have installed exterior cameras at each exterior door for security purposes. These cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the outdoor areas, including entrances and common spaces, in order to deter any potential unauthorized access and protect both you and our property. Please note that these cameras do not invade your privacy, as they are focused solely on the entrances to the home, and do not monitor interior spaces or the hot tub.
Secondly, we have implemented a noise monitoring device within the property to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. This device helps us ensure that noise levels remain within reasonable limits, preventing any disturbances that may affect the enjoyment of your stay or that of our neighbors.

Rest assured that the cameras are not placed in any indoor areas, including bedrooms or private spaces, and they will not record any audio.
