Beach view and super close beach access. 2 restaurants and convenience store within walking distance was really convenient. Fort Clinch is close and worth a visit . Easy drive or uber to downtown. Very nice condo and condo building . Unit was well supplied. Highly recommend.

Family dream come true gsthering

Responsive host, perfect accommodations…we have returned many times and will again snd sgain! We were finally sblr to bring our son and grandsons to our favorite place!

Amelia Island

Awesome condo, beautifully decorated, great location. It was very comfortable and clean. Small issue with the new washer and dryer but the manager responded very quickly and solved the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary weekend

We were staying in Fernandina Beach for our anniversary weekend with another couple who had the same weekend. The unit is in a great location however, if you want two couples to stay there, I would not suggest it only one master suite the other bedroom has no furniture to put your clothes or a mirror. The second bedroom has no original HVAC - it has a separate wall unit which does not cool the room well- the bathroom is down the hall by the front door so there’s no privacy. It would be great for parents with kids, but not to adult couples - not a great supply of linens - old and did not seem clean. Also, parking was limited. There was only one space available to each unit The host has old. I d cleanwianadults

Great Location

This was a 1st floor unit so you can't see the beach from this location. Overall the Condo was great and very nice. Did make some recommendations of changing the hardware in the larger bathroom because they were in bad shape from hard water damage. Other than that the place was very nice. The property manager was terrific!

This was our first time at Amelia Island and we are in love !!! The condo was clean and up to date! The decor was beachy but very classy. Loved the balcony and ocean views!

Anniversary Trip

This property was amazing. It was stocked with everything our family needed for the week. The owner had wonderful communication as well. Great location and awesome layout! We will be back!

Review

I noticed as soon as we went into the condo for the first time that the floor was absolutely nasty. I relayed that to the manager and her cleaning crew came and swept like 2 rooms and only mopped one. I ended up doing it myself. The bathrooms were also very dirty and nasty..showers as well. I would suggest a much better company to do your cleans. Looks a lot better on VRBO than it did when we arrived. Also the sofa was so stained and dirty and well as the chair. Like I said the room was disgusting. I hate to say that but it’s the truth. Thank you

Excellent Stay

Perfect for our little family of 4. The view of the beach was beautiful and the short walk there was amazing. Exactly what we needed with two littles. Would definitely stay again.

Festival of 8 Shrimp Festival Weekend

Beautiful location right on the beach. Sandbar and Salt Life restaurant within easy walking distance from condo. Easy access to festival by using WYRD app which is locally owned and knows area well. We also used Uber. Both were great and reasonable. Make getting to festival and back to condo super easy. Fun festival with friendly people and delicious food. Hope to return to area when less crowded.

Even with Idalia…it was wonderful!

5 perfect beach daays…1hurricane prep day and 1 hunker down day but even a hurricane at the beach is awesome! Christie is a wonderful host and we will be back!

Nice property

I loved being this close to the beach. Such an easy walk. I really wish the internet had been better. But the closet in the garage is nice. Being on the first floor was nice although having people park just on the other side of one of the bedrooms’ windows was weird. And don’t take for granted that there will be streaming devices or smart TVs. There are not. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Great 2 bedroom condo on beach

Very nice condo with boardwalk to beach. Beach is lightly populated. Condo in conveniently located near beach park, restaurants and a short drive to quaint downtown area.
