This one really is the Cat’s Meow! Your whole family - including your pups - will love this budget friendly beachfront home in Sea Isle. Furnished with vacation in mind, the open floor plan, fun spiral staircase, and close proximity to the beach are sure to be a hit for multi-generational families or couples traveling together.
Unload your suitcases, grab a drink, and start your trip out right by relaxing on the partially shaded deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sun rise over the Gulf & enjoy your morning coffee, or soak in the sun any time of day.
Inside, the vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows create bright & airy living spaces. Beautiful Gulf views are easily visible from the plush couches or dining table. Cook up memories together in the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. With abundant storage and counter space, prepping, serving, and snacking is a breeze. The counter seats 4, and the dining area seats another 4.
The main level has two queen bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. For additional room, both couches in the living area expand into sleeper sofas. Head up the spiral staircase to the primary king loft. It has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and overlooks the living area and Gulf.
Follow the cleared path for easy access to the beach. Feel the sand between your toes, splash in the water, or relax under the sun. When you stay at a Sea Isle home, you can purchase a seasonal pass for the neighborhood pool or request a key to the fishing pier (refundable deposit required). The only difficult part of a vacation at Cat’s Meow is deciding which activities to do for the day!

This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
Loose sand conditions in the area can make house access difficult at times. Additional parking is available at the beach access located 3 properties away from the home.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
