Starting at least a month out, communication with the host was amazing-open, clear, and timely, very personable and cool. We had every bit of information needed, and then some, prior to arriving. All the codes and gate access worked like a charm. The property was extremely clean, and the decor was really nice and the right amount-the tables, counters, end tables, and night stands had plenty of room for use, the appliances were all in perfect running condition, and there were enough plates, utensils, pots, and pans to cook for an army (or navy :)). I would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely rent here again.
