Amazing experience from booking to check out!

Property was exactly as billed and provided a wonderful romantic get away for my husband and i before the holiday madness. Warm, cozy, luxurious and everything we desired the property had to hand. From kitchen equipment to the self titled most comfortable sofa on VRBO! Thank you Cedric!

Gorgeous chalet

We had the best long weekend here! The home was beautiful and had tons of space. We skied at Windham, which was right down the road. Heated mudroom was very nice to leave ski gear. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely be back.

A little Slice of Heaven!!!

This is our second time staying at the Blue Spruce Chalet. The house and property are Gorgeous!!! All of the amenities are very well thought out and simple to access. My family and I are already planning a third trip to this property. That just shows you what a great time we had at Blue Spruce Chalet. Thanks from my whole family!

Perfect Stay!

This is my Family's third stay at Blue Spruce Chalet. That says it all in my book! We really appreciate the beautiful house, terrific setting and wonderful town. We keep coming back for more. Mountain bonding

Great home and gracious host that prepared for all our needs. He was also responsive to our inquiries. The deck and fire pit created great gathering spots for us to re connect. It was the perfect Mountain house and still close to town. We will certainly be back.

Impeccable and Thoughtfully Prepped

Everything you need is here. A fantastic kitchen with any tool or dishware you might need. Everything is organized and well-cared for. No complaints. This is a great choice for anyone looking for a nice place to stay (and willing to keep it nice).

Perfect for exploring the Catskills, any time of year

We spent about ten days at this property in August and thought it was fantastic. The interior is very tastefully furnished and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. But the highlight is the large deck, which was perfect for dining outside and general relaxation. The location is perfect too - far enough off a road into Windham to feel secluded (no road noise) but also a quick trip into town. Cedric was also a great host - very helpful with our questions and he always got back to us quickly. We’d love to come back in the fall or winter.

Fantastic time at the Blue Spruce Chalet - thank you!

We had the most fabulous time at the Blue Spruce Chalet. We stayed for two weeks over the holidays and everything was excellent. The house is the dreamiest log cabin in the woods - secluded yet close to downtown and the mountain. Cedric and Nathan were fantastic hosts - extremely accommodating, communicative and helpful. The house had literally everything you may possibly need - from kitchenware to linens to firewood. Everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously arranged - I can’t think of a single thing that was missing. The outdoor space was very nice as well - the spacious deck, the fire pit and the hot tub - all added to the fun. We really enjoyed our stay and we will 100% be back. Thank you Cedric and Nathan!

Fabulous Catskill Mountains Escape

First, cannot say enough wonderful things about Cedric as a host. Prompt responses and just a very easygoing manner. Such a pleasure. Secondly, the house was just perfect for our first ever planned "Milo (our dog) Vacation". So much appreciated that Cedric does not discriminate against larger breeds (which is all I have ever owned and are just perfect house guests). The house was so comfy and every room fulfilled a perfect need. From the garage area/mudroom, the fabulous front entrance bench area, the wonderful round dining table and the massive covered deck, the wonderful dish, glassware and flatware and even dog bowls and beds: the house was truly perfect. The area where it is (private road with few houses) made walking our dog a breeze and being minutes to downtown Windham made the location just so convenient. My husband, my dog and family felt so relaxed there. The best house coupled with the best host made our stay completely magical. We will look to return!!! Thank you Cedric!

Lovely weekend retreat!

My husband, in-laws and myself spent the weekend at this beautiful cabin. It felt like a mini hotel inside. Everything was clean and beautiful! Communication with the owner was easy, seamless and very pleasant! In addition to the beautiful interior, the porch is where we spent most of our time! The pictures provided online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. It was a magical weekend and we cannot WAIT to go back.

Beautiful, well appointed chalet in an ideal location

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and cozy chalet. It is located in a picturesque winter wonderland with beautiful trees, snow covered grounds, and deers prancing around. Windham villlage and the slopes were just a few minutes away. The interior was exactly as pictured. We loved the cathedral ceilings & fireplace and enjoyed our evenings relaxing by the fire with the softest throws. The house was very well appointed, with impressive attention to all details. We appreciated the great cookware, bakeware, nice knives, dishes and glassware. The Weber BBQ worked great even though it was barely 10 degrees outside. The whole family also enjoyed long after- ski soaks in the big jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The owner was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We very much look forward to staying here again in the future.
