New! Kick back and relax in this beautifully remodeled, ground level studio. Fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace, queen size bed and pull out sofa. Large covered patio with mountain views! Easy access to the studio from the parking lot.

Ski Granby Ranch or Winter Park, visit Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! Horseback riding, Sleigh rides, Tubing, Snowmobiling, Boating, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Fishing, Golf, Swimming. It's all here!

Check in is anytime 4:00 pm or after and check out is at 10:00 am.
The space
Clean, comfy and cozy! Newly remodeled! Close by Winter Park, Granby Ranch Ski areas. Lake Granby and Grand Lake are within 15 minutes. Rocky Mountain National Park is also close by as well as Hot Sulphur Springs!
Guest access
Guests have access and privacy to the studio. There’s also access to the fitness center, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna (Covid permitting), racquetball, arcade and outdoor grills.
Other things to note
The shuttle picks up at Silvercreek and will drop you off at the ski areas. The front desk has a schedule.

Condo was clean and comfortable, and as described. Kitchen had everything to make our own meals. Sandy was a great host and responded very quickly to our questions. Grocery shopping across the street.

Great Location, great use of space for a studio. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Clean!!!. Nice decor. Cozy!we loved it!(we could hear loud foot steps from the people above us,)

Wonderful stay in the Colorado mountains!

Myself and my two children (10 and 12) had a wonderful stay in Granby for our first visit to RMNP. The condo was as described and clean, and Sandy was super responsive when I had a quick question about the microwave not working and had a maintenance worker come out immediately (turns out it wasn't plugged in above in the cabinet - duh!). Although the space is small, it was perfect for the three of us, and I appreciated the full kitchen to cook meals, as well as the close proximity to the grocery store (City Market - a Kroger company, I believe). Two minor things: we could only find two washcloths for three people for 6 nights, so I had to purchase some on my own. Would be good to have more available. Also, a pasta strainer would be great to add! Not huge issues, of course, but a recommendation. The resort itself is a bit dated, but it's kept up well. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The property has Wifi available, but please note it is weak, and some of the laundry machines are out of order and not marked as such/not clean (one smelled like marijuana inside??). It was nice to have a workout room as well. Some of the mats need to be replaced there (ripped). The parking lot isn't painted with lines (or they're faded completely?) so you kind of needed to guess where to pull in. These aren't issues with the unit, but the property overall, and not major. Thanks Sandy for a great place to stay and relax after exploring RMNP!

Great rocky mountain getaway

The room was spotless and comfortable also very close the the west entranceof the National Park. Id love to stay here again. Theyres great restaurants in town also.

Cozy condo

Our family spent Christmas break on a family ski trip. This condo was perfect for our trip and our family. We had the best vacation and can’t wait to come back! The hosts are quick to respond when communicating, we had a snag with checking in and they quickly resolved the issue, no problem. Overall great experience!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time and loved the room. The owners provided great communication from the check in process to information on area attractions. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

My husband and I came here for our anniversary trip and it was perfect! We don’t need a lot of extra frills but the pool and hot tub was super nice to have and having a kitchenette in our room was awesome. Thanks for the great stay!

Cute and clean, loved our stay

Loved Grandby. Great little place to stay for a long weekend for my husband and I. Owners very easy to work with and accommodating. We enjoyed. Clean and updated. Front desk people friendly, great town! Few things: I would consider the bed a full size (not "queen") and check out said 11am on the listing and 10am on the sign on the fridge. Strong chemical smell in hallway outside our room all weekend.

Great place

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in October for our anniversary. Granby is a great town, not too touristy, and close to so many things. We hiked, went on a trail ride, went to RMNP, and enjoyed the hot springs. There were too many great restaurants to try. Our room was perfect. Loved the decor and the kitchen, comfy bed, double sink in the bathroom. Wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up being a mountain lover! And I passed that love on to my sons Ryan and Brad. Ryan got us started and insisted I come see our first property "Sandy and Ryan's Granby Getaway". It was love at first sight! Beautifully renovated and ready to go! A few years later, Bear's Den come on our radar and my son Brad and I jumped on it. We added our touches to this one and think it's pretty perfect! The people who've stayed so far have loved it! That's what makes us happy is hearing glowing reviews! We really try to go the extra mile and make everything really nice!

We love this property so much! It really offers our guest a lot of great amenities like indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, racquetball, arcade room and community lounges. The location is pretty perfect. Gas, groceries, fast food is right across the highway. Winter Park and Granby Ranch are close by for winter sports and mountain biking in the summer. There's horseback riding, sledding, sleigh rides, rafting, etc. too! Grand Lake and Lake Granby are also close by for summer activities. We are at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. There you'll find beautiful trails and wonderful hiking experiences. The town of Grand Lake is fun for a day of shopping too. And Hot Sulphur Springs is a favorite close by destination too!
