We really enjoyed this condo which was clean, two bathrooms with all the amenities i.e. shampoo, body wash and hand soap, etc. Definitely appreciated the excellent customer service from the host, Robert, who sent an local person, Will, to assist us in setting up our Xfinity TV. He was a great asset and we will look forward to staying again.. Cozy condo with a wonderful host. Close to town and restaurants, fishing hiking.

This condo was just as it said in the listing. Charming and cozy, and very convenient for both the ski hill and the town. We had a great time! Everything was so clean! The bathrooms could use an update, but they were so clean!

I cannot begin to describe just what an amazing experience my family of 5 had staying in this condo with host Robert. The rooms were extremely clean and there was literally everything you could possibly imagine to use in the kitchen, including spices. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, but we used our own we brought-but such a nice and thoughtful thing in case we'd forgotten ours. Robert responded to messages super fast and was so incredibly generous and wonderful to our family. The condo is just about 30 minutes to RMNP entrance. It is 3 minutes to a Starbucks and grocery store, which was awesome!! My kids loved the resort because of the pickle ball court, arcade and swimming pool. It was a super easy check in process. We used the facilities daily and everyone that worked there was nice and helpful. Staying in this condo was so nice because the doors have magnetic nets so you could leave the doors open all day/night and get the fresh mountain air 24/7. I would recommend this condo a million times over and having a host like Robert, you cannot go wrong!

It was way more than it looked. It looked like it had a loft it did not. I picked up pretty well before I left and then got an ugly message saying that we left a mess after I responded and sent my pictures. They stopped after paying 150 claim bill that’s ridiculous.

In all of our years of doing short term rentals, we’ve never had a bad experience like this. But since this guest decided to leave us a poor review, even though we always try to take great care of our guests, and almost always receive 5 star reviews and repeat guests, we have no choice but to respond to set the record straight. We were contacted the day of check in by this guest and worked quickly to accommodate all of her requests, and make sure everything was ready for an early check in. On the day of checkout and 15 minutes after the posted check out time, she let us know she was almost ready to leave, but needed to go wake up her children. When our Housekeeping arrived a little while later, they contacted us to say it looked like a tornado had gone through our condo. We then let her know, in private, we really didn’t appreciate the chaos she left behind. The sleeper sofa was badly damaged requiring repair, the oven knobs were all removed, our collection of DVD’s and holiday decorations were moved and not put back, there was blood and stains on the comforter, wet towels and matts were left on soaked bathroom floors, crunbs everywhere, the trash was not taken out, and there was a dirty diaper tossed out on the back patio. We’ve already notified VRBO, to let them know about this guest, and to recommend against, and help protect other homeowners, from taking the risk of hosting this guest in the future. We would give her a “zero” for a rating.

This is truly the best kept secret in Granby. Not only is it a great value, it is an extremely well equipped rental. We recently spent 2 full weeks here & it definitely felt like home! The owners have thought of every single thing you could need. There is plenty of seating, all of the baby/childcare items you need & 2 full bathrooms! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and we were able to cook a lot of meals here. There’s also a gas grill in the complex, so we grilled out a few times also. There is a swimming pool, several hot tubs, and a fire pit. Inside the condo, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It has a mattress topper that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. The condo itself is laid out perfectly. We would sit out on the patio in the morning and have coffee, and happy hour in the afternoon. The place was quiet and the temperature was comfortable. This place is also close to the exit, ice machine & washer/dryer, so you didn’t have to lug your stuff all over the place. The host was kind & checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this little gem again.

If I could give this property and these hosts more than five stars, I absolutely would! We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out because of the incredible thought, care, and genuine hospitality behind every detail.The hosts provided everything we could possibly need—and then went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like coffee, spices and kitchen essentials, pool towels, snacks perfect for hiking, baby equipment, and so much more. It was obvious they weren’t just checking boxes; they were genuinely thinking about what would make their guests comfortable and make their vacation easier.The property itself is exceptionally well laid out and feels much more spacious than the square footage suggests. It’s comfortable, functional, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. They are honest, kind, thoughtful, genuinely good humans who truly care about their guests. They make you feel less like a customer and more like a friend or family member coming to visit. Their hospitality is absolutely top notch!If you’re considering booking this property, trust these hosts and book with confidence! You can tell they genuinely want their guests to have an amazing experience and take pride in making people feel welcomed and cared for.We are incredibly grateful for our stay and would happily return. Our cozy condo is rare and unique, it’s one of only a few “super units” in the resort that is actually 2 adjoining units that can be combined for families or groups up to six, or close the two locking adjoining doors (like in a hotel) and enjoy some peace and quiet and privacy after an adventure filled day. The condo has two separate doors to the indoor resort hallway and two separate doors to the patios and the outside.
