Great Stay

This is one of the best properties to stay at, Stan is great and the condo was everything he said it would be, clean, and the deck was wonderful so beautiful views. I would stay there again. Vicky

Amazing accommodations

The Aqua 2105 was amazing! We enjoyed our week and the amenities were so nice. Stan is the best to work with - very accommodating and so responsive to any questions I had. 10/10 Recommend!

Great condo and balcony

We stayed on the 21st floor of Aqua Resort and did not have any issues with parking or elevators which were always quick to arrive. The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo was nicely supplied with beach towels, snacks, laundry detergent, bath toiletries and kitchen utensils and spices. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing short of amazing!

We loved everything about our stay! Location was amazing. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The view from the unit was breathtaking. Access to the beach was easy and chairs readily available. The pools were wonderful as well. Stan was responsive to all questions and requests. We all agreed we would stay again without hesitation.

Great condo

Everything was great with our condo. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the cafe and bar on site wasn’t open the whole week which is one of the reasons we chose this resort. That’s out of the owners hands though and he was great start to finish with any questions I had. We would definitely stay in this condo again in the future.

Awesome condo!

My family has been vacationing at the beach for over 30 years! From Orange Beach, Pensacola, Destin, San Destin to Panama City! This condo, I rate in my top 5! It was updated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay! But what really stood out for me, was the cleanliness of it when I walked in for the first time! Stan was great, but I really didn't need him at all during our stay, because everything went so smooth! The resort itself is in a great location, you really don't need to get in your car again, great places to eat within walking distance! Will definitely stay again!!

Parent Get-away

This condo is gorgous as well as the balcony view! It's just like the photos. Very clean. Generously stocked, which was nice compared to past vacations. It was a pleasant walk down the beach to the pier or down the strip to eat or shop. We walked many many miles! Stan was very open with communication via text and email. He also checked on us mutiple times throughout our week stay. We would definitely stay here agian and booked more vacations with Stan.

An Excellent Experience

The property was clean, inviting and exactly as described in the listing. We had no problems; the welcome package was complete and very helpful and the unit was very comfortable. The views from the balcony on the comfortable gliding chairs were excellent, the beach was clean and lush with white sand, the amenities were as described. The host was very professional and followed up during our visit to make sure all was well. There are numerous shopping and restaurants within walking distance from the complex. This is certainly a unit we would rent again.

Great resort and amazing room!

The room was absolutely amazing and was plenty of room for our family of 6. The room had everything that we could possibly need during our stay from beach towels to kitchen essentials and everything was perfect. One thing that impressed me about staying at the Aqua was the wait for elevators was not bad at all. I typically try to stay on lower levels because of this but I am so glad I booked this room because we hardly ever had to wait on the elevators. Stan was a wonderful host and any questions I had he would get back with me very quickly. He even reached out to make sure everything was ok during our stay. I will definitely stay here again and book with Stan in the future!

AMAZING

This property was EXACTLY how it was described! I’m a verrry picky person. This property exceeded my expectations! All our friends didn’t want to leave & stated they will book this unit next time! Fabulous property you won’t be disappointed!! Lets not forget Stan he was better than great! Anything we needed he was available! This is the property to book!

Beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf

Stan is awesome! He made it very easy and his attention to detail is impeccable. We have stayed at a VRBO many times before and this by far was our BEST experience!! Highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars if I could.🤩

Best condo!

This is a fabulous condo on the beach! We have stayed in PCB for the past 5 years and this has been by far our favorite condo. The owner Stan made the arrival process so easy…We knew all pertinent info before arriving! You will not find a better person to rent from…very available and welcoming!

Our Second Stay Here

We loved our time here. Decorated beautifully, plenty of space for our family, and stocked with so many helpful items! Only thing that was slightly lacking was cooking utensils (need more or better kinds). Aqua is a great buIlding and great location. We would stay here again!
