Stay in our beautiful home on Bonnie Rose! Centrally located, it's perfect for your next weekend getaway or for enjoying local Scottsdale & Phoenix events. Open floor plan, sleeps up to four comfortably. Pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts steps away. You'll love how close we are to Giants, Rockies, Diamondbacks and Cubs spring training. Very close to Old Town, Camelback Mountain, bike & running paths, and world-class golf along with restaurants and entertainment. Cross the street to the paved canal path and explore areas north and south with a view of the McDowells and Camelback - so much to see!

Wonderful location and comfortable home

Quiet Scottsdale Spot

While you’re close the Old Town and the canal, everything is accessible. Very comfortable floor plan in a nice quiet neighborhood!

Perfect Scottsdale Stay

Lucky enough to be able to book this property again. Jeanne and Murray are amazing hosts, and the patio home is second to none. The place is clean, comfortable, and close to anything you could ever need. This visit was for a conference in Phoenix and I chose to stay here instead of downtown because of how great my experience was the first time. I cannot offer a higher recommendation to choose this property for your next Scottsdale stay!

Comfort and convenience

Our first stay here was for a week and we liked it so much we came back for six weeks. It’s an ideal location to walk to just about anything you want to do, and a comfortable place to hang out if you just want to relax.

Our favorite getaway

We love staying here. Jeanne and Murray think of every detail imagined. There is a new pickleball court, not to mention four pools, which was fun. Their home is pristine and very comfortable. We plan to come again soon.

All you could want and more

The home is spotless, and the extras Jeanne and Murray provide really set it apart. The area is friendly and housing development is quiet and peaceful. It's a short walk to just about anything you could want. Don't miss the Sprinkle's cupcake vending machine! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Scottsdale Home

This was our 2nd stay at Jeanne and Murray's vacation home. Once again, we were treated to lovely baked goods and treats. The house was very clean and I appreciate having the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our time on the patio earlier in the day and afternoons at the pool and hot tub. Great shower and very comfortable living areas. We look forward to returning again.

Superb Scottsdale Stay

Amazing location, absolutely immaculate, overall awesome property. Jeanne and Murray are phenomenal hosts and supply everything one could want during a stay in Scottsdale. Recommendations from them are invaluable and they are quick to respond to any questions about the area. The home is well appointed and has all the comforts you would want in your own house and more. I will absolutely book this property in the future and cannot offer a higher recommendation for others to do the same.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

The owners Jeanne and Murray were outstanding as we got to meet them when we arrived and they showed us how everything operated. They left suggestions as where to eat and they were right on. Also they were available to us if there were any questions with either texting or coming over to help us, like using YouTube tv which we were not familiar. The place is immaculate and nicely located to downtown. The info they provided on VRBO was an excellent preview as what was here and to see. One could not ask for better owners in Jeanne and Murray

A lucky find!

Our return to Scottsdale after several years was warm and refreshing and made all the more enjoyable thanks to Jeanne and Murray’s lovely home in its beautiful setting, and to their easy friendliness and hosting. The home is clean and bright and spacious and modern… yet somehow also cozy… with pleasant patios offering both sun and shade throughout the day. The community is quiet, with beautiful grounds, and is located well for when you want to get out and about, whether by car or bike or on foot. Two brothers and their partners are grateful, and we hope to return!

Lovely Home!

We loved staying at Jeanne and Murray's vacation home. We arrived to delicious baked treats, freshly picked lemons, coffee and a bottle of wine. What a way to start off! The house is meticulously cleaned and maintained. Absolutely loved the shower. We enjoyed lounging in the comfy swivel chairs in the evening and making breakfasts in the perfectly stocked kitchen. Meeting our hosts briefly on the patio was also a pleasure. We will definitely return again someday!

Top of the podium

I’ve stayed at many great Vrbo places the last 20 years and with many great owners/managers. Jeanne and Murray were over the top great. They went over and beyond the call of duty at every point of contact. It was a privilege to meet and know them.

Fun in the Sun

Our time in Scottsdale was terrific. Everything at the property was so clean and new. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. I cannot think of one thing missing. There were four pools to choose from, and the tennis courts were clean and always available. We were within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Jeanne and Murray could not have been more hospitable and helpful, with many details and recommendations for things to do, visiting sites, and eating places.

My husband and I also live in Sunrise Villas which is a quiet patio home community nestled in Scottsdale, just north of Old Town. We moved here 10 years ago from the Midwest and have enjoyed getting to know Arizona and all it has to offer.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Our community is located 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and a 20 minute walk to Old Town. We're also close to local bars, restaurants, shopping, and resorts. Aside from it's location, it's clean, quiet and offers tennis courts, a pickle ball court, and pools. Whether you want to relax, shop, or enjoy the local attractions, you'll be able to do that all from here. Need to have your luggage stored? Happy to do that as a courtesy if needed.

Our patio home is uniquely situated in a residential area close to many attractions. Its pools, tennis courts, and walking paths allow you to get out and explore close by and, if you wish to explore the area, it's a short drive to most venues. We love living here on the property and enjoy hosting - we've had the opportunity to meet very nice people through our rental. Seeing our guests happy and enjoying the property makes us happy in return!
Note that because the home is within an HOA community, there will be landscapers and other service people performing work from time to time around the property. This may be close to our unit and workers should be allowed to complete their work without disruption.
