Asa for toiletries, we strive to make arrivals smooth by gifting a complimentary starter box of essential paper products and bathroom items for the first day or so while guests unpack and settle in. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and your concerns about the original property. We apologize for the electrical issue that happened during your stay, and sincerely wish this was something that could have been anticipated and repaired before your arrival. It was a failure of the system, but we're glad everyone was able to respond quickly. As for cleanliness issues, we have shared these with our team, and if these had been brought to our attention at check in, we would have been able to send the team back. We have a friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 for any issues that may arise, and we strive to make sure our guests have a great experience. We understand the inconvenience it was for your family to relocate on the first day of your stay, and although outside of our signed agreement, issued a refund of goodwill for the difficulties at checkin as well as a discount for any returning stays on the Isle of Palms. We hope to host you again under better circumstances in the future.
