The unit was very roomy, comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was astonishing with beautiful daily sunsets towards the ocean. The host, Ms. Erasma was very accommodating and helpful at all times, thanks much to her. The complex is family friendly, very clean, well kept, with controlled access and security guards 12/7.

Home Away From Home

Gorgeous property, the condo was spacious with ocean & pool view. Very comfortable for 4 adults and two children. Erasma was very helpful and quick to reply to us.

It’s always sunny in PR

Great location and condos The WiFi didn’t work the entire week and we had 3 kids; so happy we took their tablets so they could watch shows at night. Host had coolers and beach items/toys to use which is always great.

Aguadilla

Great property, very well kept by the HOA! Great view of the water and walking distance to crashboat beach. Pool on property was perfect, security was amazing, very helpful, went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Would not rent again because it was so great id rather buy in the area. 100% recommend for other travelers.

Awesome Views & Location

The villa was as described if not better. Everything needed to enjoy our stay was included and i cant say enough about the balcony view for our morning coffee and the fact we were mins away from great restaurants and 4 different beaches... Will definitely be returning.. Ty!

Beautiful view

The property was beautiful well kept. Always quiet felt like I was the only one there. Everyone is so nice and outgoing the owners were always there if we needed them. Was in a nice quiet area Crashboat looks gorgeous from the balcony Pool was wonderful I can’t say enough about the place and area. I will definitely be back.

Great location

Thank you so much for having me in your property. The location was perfect for me to me near my family. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy everything was clearly laid out. The view was beautiful as stated. As someone previously suggested the drawers in the kitchen do need to be fixed just because you can really injure yourself and there are too many signs as stated maybe a book would be better it just takes away from the overall look. Please also purchase a stick vacuum which will make it much easier to clean and pick up sand more accurately than a broom. You will enjoy your visit here ! thank you for everything

Wonderful Condo

Condo is large and beautiful. View is terrific. Had a few communication hiccups upon check-in and had to contact Ray the property owner late in the evening to resolve, but fortunately he called us right back asap and got us into the unit after a long frustrating travel day. The local property managers Erasma and Freddy were very responsive and helpful. They gave us excellent restaurant suggestions too (if you like dogs, you MUST have brunch at Lucas & Ella's restaurant in Aguadilla!). The fridge's ice and filtered water dispensers were both not working upon arrival, so Freddy immediately dropped off a couple gallons of filtered water and bags of ice without us even asking :) The view from the balcony is extraordinary. The A/C throughout the unit works very efficiently and well. The three large flatscreen smart TVs with cable included were a nice surprise. The in-unit washer and dryer are high quality and work well, however the washer does have an musty odor like a previous user left wet clothes in it for a long time. Master bed is very comfortable. We always expect the water pressure to be poor when we travel, especially to the Caribbean, but the pressure in both showers was some of the lowest we've ever experienced. The pool is beautiful and we actually had it completely to ourselves a few times. The condo complex is very safe and secure in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again and we hope to in the near future!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for us. The views were superb. Every day we were gifted with beautiful sunsets. The only suggestion that I can provide is that they need to fix a couple of minor things were broken. They do not prevent you from enjoying the property but it would certainly help. Would I visit this property again? Must definitely.

Beatiful beaches @puertorico

The property is in good location right after the ocean to see feom balcony. As its west facing , anyone cannenjoy the full sunset , but truely speaking i enjoyed the moonset more over ocean at the midnight , it was awesome. I will recommend this place to stay. Just my suggestion to owner if it can have dishwasher and good vacum for tiles floor..rest all are good, very neat and clean property. Thanks !

Nice condo incredible views, but…

Way too many signs inside the condo, like it was a dormitory - probably should’ve had like a guest binder notebook like most places instead of all the signage, first thing I noticed was the coffee maker had fungus inside because nobody ever took out the old coffee and coffee filter for Lord knows how long. So the first thing we had to do was clean that. I don’t really care for coming into place to stay for a week and having to clean something that we plan on using! Cleaning people really dropped the ball on that one!! Other than that everything was fine.
