Our cabin home sits just 600 feet from the beaches of Lake Michigan, is built atop an ancient sand dune, and is situated on 2 acres of dense hardwood and pine forest. Handcrafted from white pines harvested from the land on which it sits, “Pine Dunes” is fully furnished with every upgrade you could ask for, including 50” & 55” Smart HDTVs in the living room and the loft room, high-speed Starlink WiFi, Two Wood Burning Stoves, Quartz Countertops, High-End Cafe Collection Stainless Steel Appliances, Luxury Furnishings & Mattresses, Huge Gathering Table, Kinetico K5 Drinking Water Station, Keurig Coffee Maker w/ Coffee, Completely Stocked Kitchen for Cooking, Weber Grill, Beach Chairs, Sand Toys and so much more.

The floor plan is spacious with a large three-season room and bonus loft, yet purpose-built with each detail creating the perfect mix of functionality and seclusion for each guest. The space features 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths & is set up with one master suite with a king bed and one queen room. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft bunk room and is set up as a second living room for the kids to hang out and have their own space. Our lower level has been made up into a large bedroom space featuring a twin-twin mattress trundle bed and an attached full bathroom.

Pine Dunes is the perfect location for golfers, racers, hikers, bikers & other outdoor enthusiasts. Arise early to catch the sunrise on the beach, then head out for some breathtaking hiking & biking amongst the Kohler Dunes State Natural Area. Go see if you can catch some surfers in downtown Sheboygan (the “Malibu of the Midwest”), play golf, or hit the 3.5-mile Parnell Tower Trail and climb the 60-foot wooden Observation Tower offering views up to 25 miles in any direction.

After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at Pine Dunes Cabin, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

Pine Dunes Cabin is located in an incredibly quiet neighborhood with nearby neighbors that like it that way. Please observe quiet hours during your stay which are from 10pm-7am daily. We absolutely want our guests to have a great time, but ending any outdoor fires and moving into the Cabin with the doors closed at quiet time is the easiest way to comply.

Required Disclosure:

There is a Nest Hello Doorbell, which records video and sound, located at the back door and front doors which are used to communicate with folks such as delivery drivers. It is also used to ensure guest capacity and the four car max rule is followed.

There is also a NoiseAware monitoring system installed that monitors for loud noise (does not record) during quiet hours for ordinance compliance purposes. This is simply to avoid loud parties and blaring music that could disturb neighbors.

* The Softub is an amenity and while we will make every effort to insure a working and properly heated hot tub experience, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellation or discounts should the hot tub or any other amenity not be in perfect working order.
