This house is kid friendly with toys and games for all ages, books, two toddler mattresses (one under each King bed), pack-n-play, and toddler dining booster seat. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the rental fee. For entertainment, there is free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room (Spectrum TV streaming included), movies, board games and puzzles. Additional items such as a beach wagon, bikes, scooters, chairs, floats, and beach toys are available for use. **Pool Policy: The pool heater will not function well if overnight temps are in the low 50’s or below. The Heater can generally maintain between 10-20 degrees above the outside temperature. Heater availability is dependent on the weather and we’ve historically been able to offer it from April to October (and occasionally in November). We try hard to look at the forecast to see if the heater is an option, but forecasts do change.
