This was a great spot. Incredible views and convenience to both the beach and restaurants on Holden Beach. We would definitely come back here. We could see on that back porch forever.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! The views of the beach and ocean from inside the house and from the porch were absolutely amazing. The rocking chairs on the porch were a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully put together, with comfortable living spaces and plenty of indoor entertainment options. There was ample parking, easy access to the home, and excellent communication with the hosts, who were incredibly gracious and accommodating. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the unbeatable beach access, especially with children. The beach was family-friendly and had a quieter, less commercialized feel, which made it perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The surrounding community was beautiful and peaceful, while still offering plenty of local dining options to enjoy.Overall, this home was everything we could have hoped for in a beach vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beachfront getaway!

We had a wonderful week’s vacation with friends who rented the other side of the duplex. The home was clean and had all we needed. The check-in process was easy, and we appreciated that linens and towels were included! The location close to coffee, park, bridge is nice. The only thing we wished to have was an outdoor shower and easier access from the deck to the underside of the house. Overall, it was such a great week esp as we prepare to move our oldest daughter into her freshman college dorm in a couple weeks. Many cherished moments as a family spent here this week! Thank you!

Our stay at Holden Beach was great. The beach house was amazing, modern and clean and really was perfect for our family. The location was close to several restaurants and other amenities such as grocery stores and gas stations. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate with our stay. It was extremely windy for several days straight but that’s just one of those things you gamble on. Overall, I would comeback again. I would say that there’s not really a lot to do here other than the beach especially if you’ve got children that get bored easily or the beach atmosphere is not there cup of tea. Something to consider.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Teresa. We’re sorry your arrival wasn’t the experience we strive to provide. We especially regret that you felt the home wasn’t cleaned to your expectations. We do wish you had let us know about the cleanliness concerns during your stay, as we would have immediately sent our cleaning team back to address them. When you notified us about seeing roaches, we promptly dispatched our pest control service to inspect and treat the property. We appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments with our cleaning team so they can continue to meet our high standards. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience.

Excellent Family Beach

We loved our stay. The location is awesome and the beach was perfect. The condo had all we needed for a wonderful family vacation. They had baby gates for the stairs and a booster seat as well, which was helpful for families with toddlers.

We 5 retired women have stayed at a different property at Holden Beach the past three years, but began to notice the house wasn’t as cared for anymore. Boy, what an upgrade! This new house was beautiful and so clean. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easier to prepare meals. Our view from the living area and porch was beautiful regardless of the time of day. My only complaint was not being acknowledged by the hosts from a couple of texts I sent. I possibly did not use the correct link, in which case that’s on me. We girls are definitely ready to book this house again for next year!

Great location. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable sleeping. Good size for our small group. Only complaint was the extreme abundance of gnats and inside and out. Made enjoying porch impossible.
