Pineapple Villa is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4-bathroom conveniently located just steps away from Grace Bay Beach - Trip Advisor’s rated ‘#1 Best Beach in the World’. This villa comfortably fits up to 9 guests, with full bathrooms in each bedroom. The main house has a private pool, deck, gazebo and balcony so you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Lounge chairs are available by the pool as well as a BBQ.

This villa has a modern open concept layout with access on both sides to balcony & deck. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all necessities (utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc) as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The dining area seats 8 - 10. There is a 65" smart TV capable of Netflix, Amazon Prime, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the entire villa.

We are located at one of the best snorkelling spots on the island. Whether you swim in the crystal clear turquoise water, check out the colourful fish a few strokes away or relax on the white sandy beach, you will definitely have a memorable experience. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the villa, through a pathway at the end of the round-about on our street. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, coolers and umbrellas.

Pineapple Villa is also located just minutes away from restaurants such as Mango Reef, Shark Bite, Somewhere Café, the IGA Grocery Store and tourist attraction areas where you can find more restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice cream shops, and more. We suggest renting a car to get the full experience and to see the beauty of the whole island.

The hosts are on the lower unit, however with a separate entrance and pathway; and are available in case of any questions or assistance to make your stay more enjoyable.
There are 2 dogs (Bella & Benji) on the property but they stay at the host side where it’s all fenced & they don’t come out nor go inside the swimming pool.
The villa, pool, porch and gazebo are all private.

Unlike many other villas, we do not charge extra for electricity and water but we ask our guest to be considerate of using them.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was spacious and just a few minutes walk to the beach, which was our top priority. It was early spring and since there were not too many other properties in the area, we mostly had the beach to ourselves.

Pineapple Villa was the perfect house and location for our party of 8, celebrating birthdays. The villa was immaculately clean, had everything you will need for cooking, for the pool, heading out the beach, ample parking and very secure. We plan on revisiting and staying here again. House was extremely clean. Beach access was just steps away. Host was quick to reply and help with any questions. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, and floats for the beach. Only thing that would have made the stay a 10/10 was AC’s and ceiling fans not properly working. Many of the ceiling fans turn backwards and several others only operate in low speed. The AC units in the beach side of the house did not cool very well (or almost at all) while the ones on the pool side worked must better. Way more positive about this house than not and would recommend to others.

We also had the fans checked, and they’re working properly—the speed can be adjusted using the fan controls. Quiet neighborhood location with easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery store and Smith's Reef. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The house is better than actually pictured. Fantastic for large families or groups. The amenities are fantastic- better than anywhere else we’ve stayed in years. Best restaurants on the island are close and within walking distance. Beach is super close, and quiet. If you want more action, public beach is less than .3miles and grace bay is 1.5 miles. Parking is plentiful. Renting a car is cheap!

Our stay in Turks & Caicos was absolutely amazing! Pat and Minoo were truly 5-star hosts From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday , and they handled so much of the planning ahead of time...sharing great recommendations for caterers, excursions, events, and transportation. It made everything stress-free and memorable!The house was clean, cozy, and had more than enough space for our group of 6. We felt completely safe, and the location was perfect; just a short distance from the beach Pat and Minoo were always responsive and even offered to take us to the grocery store a few times, which we really appreciated I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos!

Perfect Girls Trip

This property is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for an amazing girls' trip. The six of us had plenty of space and enjoyed the deck, the pool, and the quick walk to the very private, quiet beach.

Great family home with a private pool!

The house was amazing and stocked with all kinds of kitchen items. They did an amazing job decorating the place and we would stay there again. The owners lived right on sight and they were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

The Pineapple villa was a great place to stay while vacationing on Providanciales. The place was very spacious for our group consisting of four adults and two toddlers. The villa was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was equipped exceptionally well. The pull area is very nice, though we preferred spending time on the beach. A rental car is highly recommended as it allows to visit different beaches and explore the island. There are a couple of exceptionally good restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Mango Reef

Beautiful home!

We had a great time at Pineapple Villa! The accommodations were excellent - very clean, spacious, plenty of room for everyone to have a private room and bathroom! Pat was a great host, very communicative and responsive when we had questions! The location was great - easy to get to Grace Bay, fun beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Holiday Vacation

The Pineapple Villa was the perfect place for our family. We loved the set-up of the accommodations with four bed/baths and a large common area. The outdoor deck with pergola and pool, quick access to the beach and a short drive to restaurants was great for our great for our group. This villa is centrally located on Provo. The hosts were very responsive.

Great house and location! Very near the beach and there is a lovely pool on site. Pat is fantastic and very responsive to text. Folks should be aware that there are dogs on the property.

Thank you Molly for your lovely review. I also enjoyed hosting you all. We do have it in our descriptions that we have dogs but they are in a closed & gates area in the back of the house where our entrance is. They never bother any of our guests.

Great House, Great Host

The house has a large central area with 4 master suites on the corners - it's a great setup. The house is nicely finished and furnished with all the modern touches you'd expect. The pool is wonderful and it's only a short walk to the beach (snorkeling and swimming right there). Pat kept the pool clean and the drinking water stocked. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We fell in love with Providenciales the first time we visited 8 years ago. We usually travel to different islands but this one was so different to us. We came back for a visit every year (& some years even twice). We have had many great experiences & would now like to make it as wonderful of an experience for others as well. (Believe us, you won't get enough of this gorgeous island!)

Living in the lower unit doesn’t make it any less private for our guests since our unit has a separate walkway, parking and entrance.

We felt very lucky when we found our Villa since it is only a few minute walk from Grace Bay Beach. It’s not only close to the world’s best beach but it is also away from crowded resorts.

The lay out of our villa is unique since all bedrooms are away from each other with their own full bathroom. All bedrooms, kitchen, living & dining area are on one level located conveniently.
