Family Friendly Centrally Located 3 Bedroom Rental

Snuggled in the heart of Florida's gulf coast Pinellas county is our charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath rental. This is NOT a whole house rental. We offer 2 bedrooms and a lounging room with a sofa bed. Accommodation for 6 . This is a Shared Residence. We live in the main part of the house. There is a Separate entrance to the rental unit which is completely Separate from the rest of the house. No kitchen but there are cooking opportunities. We offer a Double Gas Grill for your use. There is an electric skillet and also a 2 Induction Cooktop with pots, pans and utensils. There is also a sink and a Mini Fridge. It's like a mini kitchen. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway or work retreat. Plenty of peace and quiet. Clearwater Beach is 7 miles away. Airport 16 miles away. Countryside Mall is 5 miles away. Pool is spectacular and is heated but there is a $35 fee per day to do so. Payment upon arrival. Not included in rental fee so booking fee does not increase. No animals allowed.

The GoodGreat central location. Close to many attractions.Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc., Very convenient.We had a late return flight. The host had no other bookings after us so allowed check out late with no extra charge. VERY nice.The OkayPartially on us for not reading the descriptive paragraph closely. It is a tricky dwelling to describe. It has either 3 bedrooms and NO communal living or dining area OR 2 bedrooms and 1 small room w big TV, sofa bed, coffee table. No true living/dining space inside, but has nice patio w table.The host does have a small dog that occasionally lets out a bark. Nothing crazy. We love dogs, but others may clients may not.The BADThe host entered the apartment one morning WHEN WE WERE ALL ASLEEP because they had ran out of coffee. Our daughter happen to encounter the host because she got up to use the restroom. YES, VERY AWKWARD. Could have been way worse.Upon arrival, house rules state because of the shared dwelling the thermostat located in OUR part of the dwelling has to be kept at 74F or higher. We would return from the day out & need to turn it back down to 74 from 76/77. This is Tampa in July.The ONLY way to enter/exit our apartment is through the bathroom. This required a little patience & planning to work around others being able to enter/exit apartment when it was in use by someone. i.e., bringing items out to the car for day's or next day's outing or those got-to-go moments

My family came down from NYS to celebrate my Godsons graduation. The property was very conveniently located to other family members as well many beach destinations. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful. Pool area was gorgeous and perfect for a pool side BBQ. The property owners also gave us access to awesome beach essentials such as pop up tents, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, cooler. You name it they had it. The property was very comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend for families, couples, singles.

Awesome place, awesome hosts

This place was super cute, with an unbelievable outdoor space. Hosts were super accommodating and went above and beyond with beach things as well as decorating our place for my friends 40th birthday, even got us cupcakes!!

Clean, quiet, good location, hosts were accommodating. Pool was beautiful. Only comment is that you enter the building through the bathroom which sometimes made leaving the building awkward if someone was using the bathroom.

Wonderful Experience

I booked this vacation rental with two women for a 4-day stay. We truly appreciate the wonderful experience of exploring the rental inside and out, and for guiding us to Sand Key Beach and beyond. Mrs. McDermott provided us with a helpful handout guide. We had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely revisit this property in the future. We also appreciate Mr. McDermott's help with closing the beach camp and his and Mrs. McDermott's attention to our requests. Thank you for providing everything as described on the VRBO website. It met all our needs.

Great time

I’ll keep it short and sweet. Great family friendly place to stay. Karen and her husband are amazing and extremely accommodating. We ran into an issue and almost had to cancel the trip but Karen helped us through and the trip was amazing because of her! Highly recommend!!!

Great Value

Our favorite was the pool/yard area. The pool is very big. The firepit, grill area, and swings were used daily. The owners were always there when you needed something. They also were not in our business. (We didnt even know they had a dog until the day we left!!) The only problem we ran into was the only entrance was through the bathroom. We would get stuck inside or outside we someone was using it. We have older kids so it wasnt a big problem. Overall, it was a great vacation.

What an incredible find! My family and I stumbled upon this gem in Clearwater, FL for a spontaneous getaway, and it turned out to be an absolute dream. The rental vacation home was a perfect blend of convenience and comfort, just minutes away from the beach and attractions. But what truly set this place apart was the thoughtful consideration for families with kids. From the inviting pool to the array of beach accessories, outdoor hangout spots, swings, and even a fire pit area, every detail catered to family enjoyment. And let's not forget the outdoor kitchen - a game-changer for those lazy evenings. Our hosts were the epitome of hospitality, ensuring we felt like old friends from the moment we arrived. Meeting their daughter, a famous TikTok influencer (@juliestory), was a delightful surprise. They treated us to beautiful roses, yummy cupcakes, and personalized gifts in appreciation for my upcoming birthday, & Julie brought us gifts from her signature character (The Human Printer) for being fans. If you're looking for a place where every need is anticipated and every moment is filled with joy, this is it. Our home is very easy to navigate. There is a private entrance to the bedrooms and you can do self-check- in with the keypad. The code for your entry will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided. Please park on the right side of the driveway. There is a gate with a "Welcome" sign. Enter the gate and walk to the 1st door. Inside, there is a thermostat in the hallway to adjust for your comfort. There is a mini fridge and microwave for your use next to the washer and dryer. There is also a doorbell at the end of the hall so if at any time you need our assistance you can ring it. The TV's have access to Netflix and You Tube and other channels. The pool is very nice and large but it is not heated. Our goal is to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable, relaxing, stress free, and enjoyable as possible. Please notify us immediately of anything that will make your experience more pleasant.
