Host was very attentive and the house is charming. We were in close proximity to many historic sites and great food. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding accommodations and excellent, quick, and easy communications with host. Super-convenient location to Vilano Beach and truly short walk to the surrounding shops, etc. Definitely can see us booking this home again in the future. Oh yes, did I mention the backyard oasis? Truly breathtaking and serene.

The house was charming and fit the setting of St Augustine. The host was quick to respond and very good with local recommendations. It is perfect walking distance for uptown and downtown. Quick drive over to the beach. Highly recommend.

This charming home with touches of yesteryear was the perfect setting for our first visit to St. Augustine. My wife and I found the home location to be the perfect balance of a peaceful setting while giving us easy walkable access to explore all the historical sites, shops and attractions. We also took advantage of the short drive over the nearby bridge to walk on the beach and enjoy the local cuisine. The upgraded home was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The covered carport made it very nice for off-street parking and protection from the elements. The backyard was very private with nice outdoor seating along with a screened in porch for outdoor covered dining. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Needs ice maker, more and larger drinking cups, wall mounted toilet paper holder in smaller bathroom, better instructions for tv. These are small things but were noticed. Overall a great property, would recommend to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine.

St Augustine

This VRBO is an excellent location for a Saint Augustine vacation. It is just a short drive to Vilano beach also. It has a really nice backyard with a screened in porch. The home is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Truly Charming

Definitely a charming little cottage on a quiet and scenic street. Close walk to the Fountain of Youth and a great cafe. The historic district is a short drive away. I will be returning and enjoying this beautiful cottage again.

This home was so charming and comfortable that I would look forward to going back to the home after a day of activities! The appliances and decor are a wonderful blend of modern and rustic and the back patio is magical when all lit up! Michael and Gia were always available and responsive if I had any questions and were happy to share any local hotspots and restaurants. My husband has already saved the location on his Google Maps because we’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Clean, comfortable, peaceful!

Great experience. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Proximity to vilano beach and historic district was perfect. We walked mostly everywhere and had a 5 min drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this lovely two bedroom two bath house. It has been updated and the furnishings and decor were very attractive and comfortable. We also enjoyed the location near San Marco Avenue just one block from the trolley rides and a couple of blocks from the Fountain of Youth.Several restaurants are within a 3-4 block walk, including a Dunkin' Donuts.This was a five star stay except for a lack of timely communication from the hosts.

Lovely

A beautiful home in a quiet and convenient location. Updated amenities, while maintaining the details and charm of the period are wonderful. The rear garden is a place to enjoy with family and friends. A rare gem. Greatly enjoyed.

Great Place and Location

The cottage was very nice with updated kitchen and the backyard was very inviting with enclosed porch and decorative lights all around. The famous Magnolia Street was right around the corner as well as The Fountain of Youth and Old Town. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The attention to detail like wireless charging on the bedroom lamps, china plates, and the perimeter lights around the back yard made for a great stay. Thank You!

Best of all, its prime location put us within easy walking distance of the vibrant Historic District, including the pedestrian-only St. George Street lined with charming shops, galleries, and eclectic restaurants, as well as iconic attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos, Flagler College, and the Bridge of Lions. We loved strolling to everything without needing a car, making this rental an unbeatable 5-star choice for anyone seeking convenience, comfort, and the magic of America’s oldest city!

St Auggie gem!

The house is a gem! We will defintiley be staying again on our return to St. Augustine. The check in and check out process is seemless and great communication from the owners. The place is adorablely furnished and in a great location, easy to walk to sites and downtown. Overall fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. My only discrpency is that there was no kleenex in the house and the dishes are china so we did not want to put anything in the microwave or dishwasher. So not the best place for a long term rental but perfect for a week or long getaways.

Absolutely adorable and well cared for home. Everything was thought of and we loved walking through the house with all the interesting details in the decoration. The backyard was relaxing and comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed, the beds were comfy. Not a single note, it was perfect! Location rocked too, love the historic district!
