Not your go to vacation house
We stayed 5 nights and rented the boat for 3 days. The boat is terrible. The gas gage is broken. The boat completely broke down day 2 and we were only on the water for 2 hours. Luckily someone towed us to the nearest stop. Property manager did refund 2 of 3 days and we received our $500 deposit back. The pass code to enter the house is ridiculously long. The list of rules were ridiculously long too. This place is perfect if you want peace and quite because you have to be quite. They have quite time and something in the house that will pick up the level of noise. So not the place for kids to run around and have fun during summer. The neighbors who came by on boats were rude to us even when we trying to wave and say hello. There were a few nice neighbors however. Furniture was ripped and we were blamed for it because their cleaners didn't see it before. We had to pay $100 for something we did not do. The dishes were not clean. There was dirt and dust all over the floors. Especially underneath furniture like the beds and sofa. The beds are very hard. The bathtub downstairs by the kitchen has paint chipping away from the tub. You have make sure when you flush the toilet to pull the handle back up because it will continuously run. The room with the baby crib has hardly any air flowing to it. We had to buy a fan from Wal-Mart to sleep at night. It was so hot in that room. We left the door open to let the cool air in from the living room in. Even doing that wasn't enough to cool the room down. I didn't appreciate the texts after we left accusing us of incidents that didn't happen on our watch. Luckily we and the property manager were able to dispute one because we had a picture for proof and they have cameras. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere.
