Bring the whole family to this beautiful home after enjoying all that the Royal Gorge Region has to offer. Located 2.5 miles from downtown and 15 miles from the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, this home has easy access to any adventure you're looking for. This truly is your home away from home and you will find everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Full Kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms(2 queens, 2 twin bunk beds), smart tv's, 2 car garage, washer/dryer

-We look forward to hosting you. We’ve taken a great of pride in our vacation rental and are happy to share it with you. The following are house expectations and things to expect.
-Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on site.
-Trash needs to be placed in a trash receptacle
-All dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher at the end of your stay and the dishwasher needs to start before you check out
-All used towels need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-All used beds need to be stripped, sheets need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-We want you to enjoy your visit, however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted on site
-Refrigerator and pantry needs to be emptied when you check out
-Toys need to be placed back into the toy basket when you check out
-If the grill is used, please cover and unhook propane after use
-Property has 3 outdoor cameras covering entrances and 1 in the garage
-If it snows, we will need to access the garage to get snow shovels, and snowmelt

If we could give this place a 20/10 we would. All the other reviews are spot on, it was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and really, really comfortable. The beds are great and its located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and Jeremy responded within minutes of any questions. The house is very well stocked and we cooked out of the kitchen for every meal. Fridge, stove and all appliances work great. Living room and layout of the bedrooms was perfect for 5 of us to feel comfy and spacious. The back patio was very pleasant, again, this was about as perfect rental we’ve ever stayed in. The garage was fantastic to park our car in as well. It is located a little closer to the climbing area while still just being minutes to grocery store and other amenities. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

Second perfect visit (11/23 - 12/1) in a perfect house! Decorated beautifully, all amenities you could need, clean and plenty of comfortable seating, private backyard, nice neighborhood with deer passing by, first floor laundry, use of a spacious and clean garage, convenient to area stores and attractions, easy to contact and welcoming host. 300% better than a hotel! We’ll be back if he’ll have us!

Impeccably clean! The home was well furnished and comfortable. We really enjoyed the peaceful patio. Parking was great and we had access to park in the garage. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Cañon City!

We stay here everytime we come to canon city. The host is excellent with communication and makes everything smooth and easy. The house is always clean and is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home

The house was super clean and decorated so cute. Loved the backyard in the mornings looking at the mountains. House is conveniently located to all the attractions. Neighborhood is super quiet and safe.

Very nice stay

My trip to Cañon city was a very pleasant surprise. The house is very neat, clean and very put together. I really enjoyed my time there, got to take the Royal Gorge train which I highly recommend, it was a beautiful trip and I got to meet very nice people along the way. I recommend staying at this home, loved sitting outside on the patio and relaxing with a glass of wine and listening to the wind chimes. Simple pleasures.

Christmas in Canon City

We had our best Christmas visit to CO yet when staying for 10 days in this great property! Only 20 minutes from our son's house in Penrose, minutes from stores, restaurants, gas, museums. So nice to relax in a beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, all the accessories you could need, and to be able to cook a full Christmas dinner for the family with a large table to eat around and a living room with huge TV where we enjoyed watching the seasonal specials. If the weather had been a bit warmer we would have spent more time in the lovely, private back yard. Having a garage to park the car was wonderful and rare for a rental property! We will never go back to renting a hotel and hope this fantastic place is available next time we visit!

Great stay in Canon City!

We had a great time in Canon City. We came and stayed a few weeks to check out the area before participating in the Bridge Burner Ultra. It was just my spouse and I for the first 10 days are so and then 3 other adults joined us. The house was great; exceptionally clean and well stock with supplies as advertised.

Clean lovely home

We have stayed in this beautiful home for the last three years during the Holy Cross Abbey Wine festival. It’s nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is adequately stocked. Host is extremely responsive. We hope to stay here again.
