Great location close to Gunstock, Lake Winnipesaukee and NH Pavillion.

Spacious Home (3,300 sq ft) in the heart of the Lakes Region and sleeps up to 10. Within 5 minutes to Gunstock for skiing and Lake Winnipesaukee. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Only 7 minutes to NH Pavillion for the concerts. Not to mention all of the other NH attractions that are easy to get to. Very cozy home that has plenty of space to spread out. Nice privacy and a long driveway with an accessible garage. We do have central AC.

If you don't used the basement, the cleaning fee drops to $245.

We do spray for mosquitoes from May through September. The service claims it reduced mosquito population by 85-90%.

Family Reunion

Lake House

This was the perfect house that fit all 9 guys comfortably. The house features a large yard, with a fire pit and a massive deck. House is perfectly located for some privacy as well as only a few miles away from the lake. The owner of this property was quick to respond to any questions and I highly recommend this property.

Well-kept, quiet, spacious, comfortable and great location!

Jeff was terrific as our host and communicated very well to make the check in easy and our visit stress free. The location is great and provides a nice quiet location nearby Gunstock, Weirs Beach, Mt. Major and Pheasant Ridge Golf Course. Thanks for a great college reunion weekend!

Family Vacation in Gilford

Our stay at Jeff’s home was perfect. The house is centrally located to countless activities. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Jeff was quick to reply and provided great recommendations for food and activities. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing home and host!

What a fantastic place! The house was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It was exactly as advertised. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive to our questions. We had no problems along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I highly recommend this one.

Perfect

We rented Jeff’s place to use as a home base to visit friends at nearby Misty Harbors on the lake and attend a concert. This is our fourth year doing this trip and first at this property. We typically don’t spend too much time at the rented house because there is so much to do, but this property was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The fire table on the porch and ping pong table were a huge hit.

Highly Recommended!

We are so happy we decided to stay here. The house is beautiful, very clean and has plenty of beds. We spent a lot of time on the back deck which offered lots of privacy. Jeff was very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful Home for Family get together

The house was very clean and well-equipped. The deck area had a nice table and chairs, propane fire pit and cushioned seating area. The garage had a ping pong table which was useful on the first day when it rained. Very comfortable beds and communication was excellent.

Nice two day stay

Had an amazing time. The house was clean and fully stocked. Jeff was quick to answer any questions we had. Very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of things for the kids to do in and outside of the house. Would definitely like to come back again!

We stayed at this property with friends and family over the weekend. The host Jeff was super responsive and the property was very tastefully decorated and super clean (this coming from a person who is OCD about everything). This is the first vacation rental that we have stayed at in many many years where we have no feedback for any improvements. We will definitely come back in the future and absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful home centrally located to attractions

The home was absolutely lovely and Jeff was very helpful and communicative. The location was perfect (attractions just a short drive away) and the beach was amazing. The home itself was very spacious and clean and I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking tools. The deck had a lovely fire pit and the area was very quiet. Would highly recommend the property for a getaway or extended stay. Thank you again, Jeff!!

Absolutely beautifully appointed home near the lake

My extended family (three adults, one teen, and three children) stayed in this fantastic home for a week. It was perfectly furnished (my son got his bro pad in the basement) and the kids enjoyed the space above the garage with the lounge for their video games. The house is enormous- the master closet is the size of an office. The kitchen is stocked with everything- we had brought along containers and serving bowls when it was all waiting for us in the house. The house is equipped with the perfect outdoor space for grilling and eating and there are yard games (we wouldn’t have needed the ones we brought). We didn’t use the fire table or the fire pit but the outdoor setup is lovely. The pictures don’t do it justice and Jeff is a wonderful host!

Great house and location

Wonderful Stay to enjoy the lake

It was such a wonderful stay for our time at Lake Winnipesaukee. Jeff and Nancy ensured that we had a clean and fully stocked stay including beach access. We rented a boat for the day from a nearby marina near Weirs Beach which was a quick trip. Hosts were gracious and communicated in a personal way!

Awesome In every way!

Stayed here with 8 friends for 4 nights to attend Soulfest Christian music festival at Gunstock. We were a 5 minute drive which was great after long hot days at the festival. The house was perfect in every way! Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The house was also well stocked with everything from seasonings and condiments, dishes pots and pans and a kureg. The bedrooms had amazing linens and comfortable beds, also in the garage were beach towels, blankets and Tommy Bahama chairs! Gilford beach was amazing we used the pass that came with the house twice the sand and water were beautiful! Jeff was great to communicate with and super accommodating I would not hesitate to rent from him in the future.

I am originally from Southern NH and my wife is from CA. We have have 3 daughters (one of which just moved to Boston) and we wanted to be closer to her and friends.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We fell in love with the Gunstock and lakes area. We love the outdoors and being close to everything nature has to offer. This home is easy access from the main roads and an easy ride to Gunstock for both Winter and Summer activities, 5 minutes from the town beach and 10 minutes to all the shopping and restaurants you need. NH is a beautiful state and within an hour you can reach Mt. Washington, North Conway, multiple ski areas, tourist attractions, concert venues and the beaches of NH and Maine. So much to do. Or you can just relax and enjoy the property. There is a ton of room for everyone to spread out.

We have a great location...close to everything you need. We are very close to Gunstock and the beautiful Gilford Town Beach or Ellacoya State Beach. Also close to all the Lakes Region has to offer, great shopping and restaurants too!
